Restam discussões mais pequenas como investir uma parte maior do fundo de estabilização no mercado de capitais ou a criação de incentivos individuais a poupanças adicionais. São estas duas que gostam de chamar “privatização”. A primeira seria apenas uma forma de rentabilizar mais um ativo da segurança social (utilizado por sindicatos europeus que gerem fundos de pensões).
