Los policías nacionales y el resto de las FFCCSE desplegados en la frontera de Ceuta el día 30 de julio no “tuvieron que elegir”… Su número era absolutamente insuficiente y, ante un riesgo extremo por una entrada masiva de inmigrantes, solo pudieron proteger su propia integridad. Cero impuesto sobre la renta al ingreso laboral hasta un umbral definido, crédito competitivo para vivienda y emprendimiento, y doble incentivo fiscal para empresas y trabajadores que inviertan en capacitación certificada. 8.Educación, tecnología e inteligencia artificial como política de seguridad nacional. Inglés, matemáticas, programación, finanzas e IA desde la escuela. Becas vinculadas al mérito y a la movilidad social. Un país que no desarrolla talento termina trabajando para los países que sí lo hicieron. 9.Nadie por encima de la ley y ningún gobierno dueño del Estado. Fiscalía, jueces, órganos electorales, reguladores y auditorías verdaderamente independientes.
