Waarom denk je dat zoveel van onze ministers en premierkandidaten al decennia lang bij Bilderberg zitten? Die hele club is nota bene hier in Nederland opgericht, in Oosterbeek. Koningshuis, Shell, Unilever, banken en politici die jaarlijks achter gesloten deuren vergaderen. En dan zeggen ze dat het 'gewoon informeel overleg' is. Tuurlijk joh. De echte macht zit niet in Den Haag. Die zit in oude families, loges en clubs waar je alleen binnenkomt als je al bij de club hoort. Kijk naar je eurobiljetten. Pak een briefje van 50 euro en vouw het op de juiste manier… opeens zie je hoorns en een duivelsgezicht tevoorschijn komen. Ze hebben het gewoon op ons geld gedrukt, en niemand ziet het. De meeste Nederlanders denken dat ze super nuchter zijn. "Wij trappen niet in complotten." Precies daarom loopt het hier zo soepel. Terwijl ze ons luchtruim volspuiten met chemicaliën, ons DNA bewerken en ons laten betalen voor onze eigen gevangenis. Elke euro belasting die je betaalt, elke regel waar je je aan houdt, elke keer dat je je mond houdt omdat 'het nou eenmaal zo werkt', voed je het systeem dat je onderdrukt. De grootste leugen is dat Nederland een vrij, democratisch land is. Het is een handelsmaatschappij die later een occulte onderneming is geworden. En wij zijn de moderne slaven die denken dat we vrij zijn omdat we eens in de vier jaar een hokje mogen rood maken. De meesten van jullie gaan dit lezen, even "gek" typen in de comments en weer verdergaan met je leven. En dat is precies hoe ze willen dat je reageert. Dit is geen theorie meer. Jonge beleidsprofessionals die nog nooit een laars in de klei hebben gezet, maar wel exact weten hoe een boerenbedrijf moet verdwijnen “voor het grotere geheel”. Ze praten in modellen, tabellen en transities. Alsof melk inderdaad spontaan in kartonnen pakken uit de muur van de supermarkt groeit. Het fascinerende is dat juist mensen zonder enige praktijkervaring tegenwoordig de meest radicale plannen maken voor sectoren waar complete families al generaties lang hun bestaan aan ontlenen. Een boer moet tegenwoordig luisteren naar iemand die: nog nooit een kalf heeft geholpen, nog nooit een oogst heeft verloren, nog nooit om 05:00 in een stal stond, maar wel een beleidsnotitie van 84 pagina’s heeft gelezen met de titel: “Versnellingsagenda Integrale Gebiedsgerichte Transitie.” Dat is de nieuwe Nederlandse aristocratie: de spreadsheetadel. Ze produceren niets. Ze bouwen niets. Ze verbouwen niets. Maar ze reguleren alles.
