La ordinanza cautelare del GIP di Torino, se si ha la pazienza almeno di leggerla, si muove all’evidenza in queste coordinate logiche e normative, e dunque applica una misura cautelare ritenendola evidentemente adeguata alla “minore gravità” contemplata dalla norma e al comportamento collaborativo dell’indagato.
