Maxim Röder wrote that many people waste their energy complaining about injustice, the supposed advantages of others, and a guilty system. When his family came to Germany, he was ten years old; they had neither money, nor contacts, nor knowledge of German. Instead, they had hunger and a willingness to work, wrote Röder. Today, his family has achieved more than they could have imagined back then. In his view, success arises when one focuses on their own path instead of envying others or comparing themselves to them. #Erfolg #Motivation #Selbstvertrauen (translated)
