Do przemocy fizycznej i psychicznej miało dochodzić od października 2025 r. do czerwca 2026 r. Śledczy zarzucają m. in. bicie, szarpanie, kopanie, pokrzykiwanie, niedostarczanie jedzenia i leków oraz zaniechanie leczenia. Najpoważniejsze obrażenia stwierdzono u 2-latka – m .in. złamania kości, które zrosły się samoistnie. Sąd Rejonowy w Żyrardowie zastosował wobec matki 3-miesięczny tymczasowy areszt. Konkubentowi orzeczono dozór policji, zakaz zbliżania się do dzieci na odległość mniejszą niż 100 metrów, zakaz kontaktowania się z nimi oraz zakaz opuszczania kraju.
