Jeho bratr Luděk za obchodování s drogami, přičemž podle někdejšího rodinného advokáta se na byznysu podílel i ředitel ČIŽP. ❗️Matka Alena dostala trest za útisk nájemníků svého domu. V době, kdy byli příbuzní odsouzeni, s nimi Pavel Straka sdílel společnou domácnost. I sám Straka stanul před lety před soudem v jiné věci - kvůli obžalobě z vydírání.
