Uprzejmie informuję, że marka Media Expert nie jest stroną tego sporu 👇 i w żaden sposób nie przyczyniła się do powstania szkody. Inwestorem odpowiedzialnym za prowadzenie inwestycji jest firma ADZ Artur Zawadzki z siedzibą w Augustowie, a nadzór inwestorski był prowadzony przez firmę JC Jacek Cząstkiewicz z Olsztyna. Brak żółtej tabliczki na budowie oraz nie otrzymanie zawiadomienia ze stronu urzędu, podobno naszą korespondencję odebrał przedstawiciel inwestora, powodował że nie miałem wcześniej możliwości zweryfikowania inwestora. Jednocześnie pragnę zaznaczyć, że nigdzie z mojej strony nie padła informacja, że marka Media Expert jest rzeczywistym inwestorem, jasno informowałem że nie mam pojęcia kto takim jest - znałem jedynie dwóch ludzi z imienia i nazwiska, którzy za inwestorów się podawali, nie podając instytucji, którą reprezentują. Informację o faktycznym inwestorze otrzymałem dopiero, prawdopodobnie w wyników nacisku ze strony Media Expert, w poniedziałek 24go sierpnia o godz. 11.08, półtora dnia po publikacji mojego wpisu. Wpis publikowany na prośbę rzecznika prasowego marki Media Expert i bardzo dziękuję firmie za kontakt i nacisk na inwestora na przestrzeganie prawa i wykonywanie prac zgodnie z zatwierdzonym przez Starostwo Powiatowe projektem budowlanym. Obecnie wygląda jakby działy się, aczkolwiek w bardzo żółwim tempie, jakiekolwiek prace mające doprowadzić do zaprzestania zalewania sąsiedniej działki. Po weekendzie będę miał ekspertyzę rzeczoznawczy w sprawie wyrządzonych szkód, o czym transparentnie poinformuję. Na ten moment - mamy ściany zawilgocone - musimy zniszczyć wszystkie zabudowy i przystąpić do osuszania - czego nie możemy rozpocząć dopóki inwestor nie doprowadzi do sytuacji zaprzestania zalewania. Panele w 4 pomieszczeniach do wymiany, posadzka zawilgocona, wilgoć wychodzi każdego dnia w coraz większej liczbie ścian. Woda stoi - na dziś - ciągle ok. 50-70 cm za budynkiem na łące. W sobotę mają być kolejne duże opady, a mi się chyba szykuje nocowanie w firmie i pilnowanie pojawiającej się wody. I wychodzi na to, że bez wpisu tutaj ciągle nic by się nie działo.
