(TR) Member of the European Parliament Alexandr Vondra may be in a conflict of interest. According to Transparency International, he is the honorary chairman of the Prague Center of Transatlantic Relations. The problem is that he did not disclose this position, and the supporters of the center are Czech arms factories and also companies from the automotive industry.
(TR) The anti-corruption organization Transparency International does not believe that the Czech government and Czech authorities are willing to address the conflict of interest of Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (ANO). Po kilku dniach politycznej propagandy MON wreszcie opublikowało listę umów i aneksów zawartych w ramach programu SAFE. Problem w tym, że zamiast odpowiedzi dostaliśmy jeszcze więcej pytań. Przedstawione informacje są skąpe, niepełne, a w niektórych miejscach wzajemnie sobie przeczą. Nie wiadomo nawet, czy część dokumentów to faktycznie nowe kontrakty, czy jedynie aneksy do wcześniejszych umów. Pojawiają się także rozbieżności dotyczące dat zawarcia poszczególnych porozumień. Mówimy o wielomiliardowej pożyczce, którą Polacy będą spłacać przez kolejne dekady. W takiej sytuacji społeczeństwo zasługuje na pełną transparentność, a nie kolejne konferencje sukcesu. Opublikowany komunikat nie rozwiewa żadnej z naszych wątpliwości dotyczących podpisywania dziesiątek umów w ekspresowym tempie tylko dlatego, że wymaga tego harmonogram SAFE. Wręcz przeciwnie – rodzi pytania o jakość negocjacji, ceny, terminy realizacji oraz o to, czy wszystkie zapowiedzi są realne, czy część z nich istnieje dziś wyłącznie na papierze. Szczególnie wymowny jest przykład kontraktu na amunicję 155 mm. MON powołuje się tu na Narodową Rezerwę Amunicyjną przyjętą przez rząd Prawa i Sprawiedliwości w marcu 2023 roku – projekt, który obecnie rządzący przez lata krytykowali. Jeżeli dziś realizowane są założenia tamtego programu, to coraz trudniej oprzeć się wrażeniu, że przejęta przez obecną większość ustawa o wspieraniu produkcji amunicji była przede wszystkim kolejnym zabiegiem propagandowym.
