ExplicitePL wrote that in 2015 Donald Tusk demanded the redistribution of 100,000 refugees among EU countries. The author accused him of having argued the day before that he had been opposed from the beginning to the West's mistakes in migration policy, although — as ExplicitePL claimed — he himself advocated it and wanted to include Poland in it. He added that Tusk is currently trying to present this matter differently. #uchodźcy #polityka #UE (translated)

ExplicitePL wrote that Lithuania claimed to have evidence of a drone flying from Poland. According to her, the Lithuanian prime minister had no doubts, and the president's advisor spoke of credible evidence; the drone was said to be carrying explosives. The author contrasted these reports with earlier information from the Polish Ministry of Defense, which stated that radar had not confirmed any border crossing. She asked Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz what happened over Poland and whether the ministry had data conflicting with the findings of the Lithuanians. She also pointed out questions about the security of Polish airspace and the credibility of the information being communicated to citizens. #Polska #Bezpieczeństwo #Dron (translated)

ExplicitePL wrote that the recording was supposed to show police officers choking a man while they were lying on him. According to the author, PAP removed the false message about a "knife attack," and the detained Piotr had no contact with defenders for eight hours — the entire night and morning. The author also claimed that the duty officer pretended that Piotr was not there, and the situation was being recorded by cameras. ExplicitePL stated that the police maintained that the man voluntarily waived his right to defense and contact with his wife, even though he lost consciousness during the intervention. He asked the KSP Police for documentation of these refusals and referred to Article 42, paragraph 2 of the Constitution, stating that the right to defense does not depend on the police's acknowledgment. #policja #prawo #skandal (translated)

ExplicitePL asked the KSP police why it omitted information in its detailed statement that the intervention took place in Adam Borowski's office. He wrote that according to witnesses, the detained person was beaten and lost consciousness, and demanded the disclosure of recordings from the intervention. #Polska #Policja #Sprawiedliwość (translated)

ExplicitePL expressed outrage at Donald Tusk's actions and claimed that his intended recipients knew about the lack of social support and its decline, which is why they resorted to undemocratic methods. https://t.co/CCwRFvDg4p #polityka #demokracja #protest (translated)

ExplicitePL described the opinion of the Venice Commission regarding the Polish Constitutional Tribunal as scandalous. He wrote that in point 81 the Commission admitted that the recommended solution deviated from the literal wording of the applicable laws, and accused the authors of the opinion from Austria and Germany of encouraging the violation of Polish law. He also pointed out that point 83 referred to a mechanism similar to a solution from a law that — as he wrote — did not come into force after constitutional review. He identified Christoph Grabenwarter, the sitting President of the Austrian Constitutional Court, as one of the signatories of the opinion, as well as its representatives from Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, and Ireland. He compared their actions to imposing laws on Poland in the pre-partition period and asked whether they would recommend circumventing laws in their own countries for political gains. ExplicitePL emphasized that, in his opinion, the Venice Commission is not a court, does not constitute law, and cannot annul Polish laws. #Prawo #Polska #KomisjaWenecka (translated)

ExplicitePL claimed that Donald Tusk put the Polish stock exchange and banks under the supervision of Brussels, while Germany was supposed to negotiate an exception regarding some stock exchange matters and retain its own oversight. The author also accused Germany of using Tusk to bind Poland to unfavorable agreements. #Polska #Tusk #UniaEuropejska (translated)

ExplicitePL accused Tusk of taking away funding for a drug that — as he wrote — kept 1500 sick women alive, thus condemning them to death. He added that at the same time, billions were designated for TVP and a high salary for a person he described as a propagandist. https://t.co/FMuL5sDJGh #Polska #zdrowie #polityka (translated)

ExplicitePL wrote that Chobielin is the private home of Radosław Sikorski, and that official delegations were supposed to start or end there. He also claimed that Sikorski hosted selected individuals at the property, and that taxpayers were not aware of the public costs of its upkeep, the sources of funding for the trips, or the security measures during official visits. The author asked why the private home of the minister regularly appeared in state business and how much it cost. He stated that an additional 321,684.88 PLN was spent on domestic delegations for the entire ministry, and accused the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of not disclosing what portion of that amount pertained to Sikorski's trips to his home. He declared that citizens have the right to know this information. #Polska #RadosławSikorski #finansepubliczne (translated)

⚠️ Zanim wybuchła obecna afera wokół Moniki Horny-Cieślak, w Sejmie już alarmowano o niewłaściwych działaniach jej Biura. Alina Czyżewska mówiła wprost o naruszaniu przez Biuro RPD art. 9 ustawy.

How Poland lost $230 mn trying to buy Venezuelan oil with crypto".

- wtedy cytowała go jako źródło. Przypadek? Możliwe. Ale jako temat zastępczy działa idealnie. #Orlen #Polityka #Media

🚨Tak wygląda demonstracyjne łamanie człowieka przez Kierwińskiego! Poseł Maria Kurowska od godzin prowadzi interwencję poselską w Akademii Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości. Zamiast umożliwić jej wykonywanie mandatu w normalnych warunkach, policja utrudnia nawet dostarczenie jej leków. Inspiracje i standardy sowieckie?

A Żurek chciał go zastąpić spoconym Cudakiem po słowackiej turystyce habilitacyjnej typu Collegium Tumanum. „Bez ambicji”? Panie Kierwiński, pomylił pan rektorów. #Ambicje #Edukacja #Prawo

A jeszcze 16 marca 2026 r., kilka tygodni przed blokadą wypłat klientów, pieniądze miały płynąć do spółki Orion. #Zondacrypto #finanse #informacje
