I do not understand German politics, but purely emotionally. Just as AfD scares me, so do the gains of the Left and the possible success of Wagenknecht. If the political center has ceased to exist in Germany (as these elections suggest), then this is the worst scenario for any conceivable interests of the Czech Republic. (translated)

This guy, apparently a classic hustler and storyteller, piled up lies for so long that people wanted to hear until he managed to worm his way to a professorship at Cambridge. The worst thing about the vote on Chat Control is that the Europhiles who voted for it (from pro-EU parties) gave everyone a clear argument against the EU as a whole. A completely fundamental issue with significant impact on basic rights and the functioning of people in the Czech Republic was voted on without any domestic debate. (translated)

By the way, we discussed this debate in our first or second year in journalism back in the nineties. It was only about the Roma. All luxury brands are preparing for lean years. LVMH is changing its marketing strategy, other brands are either closing stores or cutting back at headquarters. I don't know what this says about the future, but luxury is one of the last areas where Europe is undoubtedly dominant. (translated)

Je to staré dilema, které se řeší primárně ve Spojených státech, tedy jestli je větší jméno člověka, který v médiu působí, nebo médium samotné. Situace na mediální scéně, když začínaly Otázky Václava Moravce, byla úplně jiná než teď. To je možná docela špatné vysvědčení pro Českou televizi. Rozhodně to bude velký indikátor toho, co se na trhu děje.
