The author noted that The Guardian had reported that 7 out of 10 ultra-prime clients, buyers of super luxury properties, opted to rent instead of buying to avoid stamp duty, maintenance costs, taxes, and the risk of future fiscal measures. He added that they wanted to live in certain areas. (translated)

Here is the translation of the tweet: "My Bugatti Tourbillon Coupe will be produced at the end of 2028. But I will be flying to France in October/November this year to the Bugatti headquarters to configure the car live, so I will definitely make some coverage of that. Buying a Bugatti directly from the first hand comes with a number of benefits. The first of them is that we do not lose money on the car, and often it is an investment where in the secondary market we can resell it after 1.5 years for often even 1 million euros more. Another thing is the annual Christmas party at the Chateau in Molsheim at the Bugatti headquarters where you get to know other owners and the CEO and do networking. There is also an annual gathering of Bugatti owners and a week of driving in, for example, South Africa, together with other owners. So not only is the car an investment, but also through networking with other UHNWI it is an opportunity for new businesses and contacts." #Bugatti #luxurycars #networking (translated)

Would you inhabit a 3D-printed house erected in eight days? An affordable / mould-resistant / fire-resistant / seismic-resistant / climate-disaster-resilient house. SOURCE: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1420242892872158 A 3D-printed house that genuinely resolves the global housing crisis!!! What you are viewing in the video is no mere exhibition prototype. It is House Zero — the first luxury 3D-printed residence realised in Austin, Texas, by the American firm ICON in collaboration with the practice Lake|Flato Architects. Two hundred square metres, three bedrooms, a drawing room with exposed beams, a designer kitchen, and an independent casita in the garden. Its iconic undulating walls were extruded in a mere eight to ten days. A project so revolutionary as to have been included in TIME's list of the Best Inventions of 2022. But what does it truly signify to dwell in a 3D-printed house? WHAT A 3D-PRINTED HOUSE IS: No bricks or formwork are employed. An enormous robotic arm — ICON's Vulcan system — deposits, layer upon layer, a proprietary special concrete, Lavacrete, a material engineered to be eminently resistant, insulating, and printable. The entire process is governed by software that adjusts the formula every fifteen minutes according to weather conditions. Plaster and structure become one and the same. WHY IT IS THE FUTURE OF CONSTRUCTION: ALL THE ADVANTAGES 1. Record times: The walls of House Zero were completed in eight days, as opposed to the months required by a traditional building site. The site operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and never ceases for lack of labour. 2. Less waste and greater sustainability: Additive printing uses only the material that is necessary. Site waste and emissions from material transport are reduced to nigh on zero. Moreover, Lavacrete is designed for superior energy efficiency. 3. Lower costs (potentially): Fewer workmen on site, fewer deaths and injuries at work, less time, fewer errors. According to ICON, the system can substantially curtail construction costs and render housing more accessible. 4. Total architectural liberty: The curves, the fluted walls, the integrated niches you see in the video would be exorbitantly expensive or impossible by traditional methods. With 3D printing, form truly follows function. 5. Resilience and insulation: The walls in printed reinforced concrete are more resistant to fire, water, mould, and extreme atmospheric agents, typical of Texas. The thermal inertia of the material guarantees superior insulation. 6. A solution to the housing crisis: It is the technology that ICON is already employing to build entire neighbourhoods of one hundred houses in Texas and for social housing projects in Mexico. The question now is this: having seen it within, would you live in it?

MENAFM (MIDDLE EAST NORTH AFRICA FINANCIAL NEWS) VALUES THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE “STRAMURALES INTERNATIONAL STREET ART FESTIVAL (STORNARA LIFE APS) SOURCE: https://menafn.com/1110917208/Harvard-Journal-Names-Italian-Street-Art-Festival-A-Global-Public-Health-Model?fbclid=IwY2xjawRQDnFleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETBGT3BrSFk4NGlpeDJvcU1Sc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHh-eN-5smrvQqrFR95cX6u4W5WktUfMVjbM1GKGxdHe3yc_CXSNvBSKV32m1_aem_Y5l03GguzE11JGaB4bh5_Q The renowned economic, financial, and social portal for the Middle East and North Africa has reported on the recent publication by Harvard University’s prestigious Health and Human Rights Journal, which has recognised the Stramurales International Street Art Festival as a global model of public health. Not merely a festival. Not just another cultural event. But an international case study — the first in academic history dedicated to a single street art festival. “The question is not whether art can serve as a public health intervention: Stramurales demonstrates that it can.” So states the study, authored by Luciano Magaldi Sardella and Matteo Mantuano, and published in a journal that carries the legacy of figures such as Jonathan Mann and Paul Farmer. From a small town in the Italian South — Stornara — a model has emerged capable of: reducing social isolation; rekindling a sense of community; boosting tourism, the local economy, and collective confidence; transforming more than 150 walls into an open-air museum speaking of rights, migration, identity, and the future. It is proof that culture is not a luxury, but an essential infrastructure. That art can be a form of care. That participation can alter the destiny of a place. Today, Stornara is not merely celebrating a recognition: it is celebrating a message that travels across Italy and reaches the wider world. When a community imagines together, everything becomes possible.

"VILLA DI FARAGOLA": FROM ASCOLI SATRIANO TO THE UNITED STATES — PUBLISHED IN THE PRESTIGIOUS "POPULAR ARCHAEOLOGY USA" SOURCE: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/villa-di-faragola-from-ascoli-satriano-united-states-sardella-ph-d--pgd6f/ in the heart of apulia, buried for fifteen centuries beneath the wheat fields of the carapelle valley, lay one of the most opulent aristocratic residences of ancient italy: the villa of faragola, near ascoli satriano (fg). discovered in 2003 by the university of foggia and excavated under the direction of giuliano volpe and maria turchiano, this extraordinary late antique residence – almost certainly belonging to the cornelii scipiones orfiti, one of the most powerful senatorial families of the fourth century – has yielded wonders unique in their kind to scholars around the world. the best-preserved stibadium in italy: a sigma‑shaped masonry dining couch, decorated with gilded marble reliefs of dionysian theme, at the centre of a summer banqueting hall of incomparable luxury. a private bath complex of more than a thousand square metres – among the largest ever documented on the italian peninsula – with glass‑paste mosaics, opus sectile floors, and walls clad in polychrome marbles imported from tunisia, greece and the peloponnese. a cenatio aestiva where roman senators reclined along the curve of the dining couch while a fountain played among the marbles and the scent of the apulian countryside drifted in through the open colonnade. then, on the night between 6 and 7 september 2017, an arson attack – almost certainly criminal in origin – destroyed within hours the protective covering of the site, scorching the marble floors, warping the mosaics, and sweeping away decades of work. professor volpe, who was in kuala lumpur at the time, learned of the news via whatsapp early that morning. No one has ever been brought to trial but faragola did not surrender. thanks to funding of around three million euros, restoration work was completed in november 2024. the villa still bears the marks of the fire – and archaeologists have deliberately chosen not to erase them: that scar is now history, just as much as the senators’ banquets. the faragola archaeological park is now preparing for its second opening to the public. a magnificent article in the american magazine popular archaeology recounts the entire story – from the daunian roots of the site to its present‑day rebirth. it is truly worth reading.

🕯️Kanadyjska influencerka Madeleine White (2,2 mln obserwujących) i jej mąż, DJ Andrew Fedyk z duetu Loud Luxury, poinformowali o śmierci swojego 2-letniego berneńskiego psa pasterskiego, Dunkina, którego zostawili w kalifornijskim ośrodku szkolenia psów Smart Dogs Training w Studio City. Sam Fedyk zwrócił się do LAPD i Los Angeles Animal Services o wszczęcie śledztwa, a zleca też autopsję Dunkina, żeby ustalić rzeczywistą przyczynę śmierci. Źródło: People #Psy #Skandal #Zwierzęta
