Aleksander Twardowski wrote that he received court summonses. He stated that in February 2027, he is scheduled to testify as a witness in a lawsuit that MP Izabela Bodnar filed against Newsweek. The first hearing in the case is also set to take place that month, in which — as he wrote — Bodnar is demanding 40,000 PLN from him, among other things for revealing that she joked about people with disabilities in internal groups of PL2050 activists. Twardowski added that he was looking forward to both hearings. #sąd #proces #polityka (translated)

Aleksander Twardowski addressed Marcin Przydacz, writing that the moment has come for his side to enter the hall, clap, and chant Donald Trump’s name. He also described a scene where couples were dancing the polonaise, someone was kissing newborns, and the president in the back of the hall was "pressing 200 on his chest." #DonaldTrump #Polska #Polonez (translated)

Aleksander Twardowski wrote that MP Kamil Wnuk responded to his question about renting a car, but the amounts and facts provided by him differed from the information from the Chancellery of the Sejm. Twardowski informed that yesterday he requested the Chancellery to audit the contracts of the MP. He added that if it turns out that Wnuk settled a higher amount than he actually spent, he would notify the prosecutor's office. The Chancellery had previously conducted a similar audit regarding Adam Gomoła. Twardowski also wrote that Poland 2050 informed him via email that it would not disclose the contract register with complete data of the parties. He declared that upon receiving a written refusal with justification, he would take the matter to court. He accused Katarzyna Pełczyńska and Szymon Hołownia of not wanting to reveal how public money is spent and described such actions as a violation of the law. He also informed that the day before yesterday he submitted a request to the Left for the disclosure of the full, non-anonymized register of contracts concluded since the beginning of the term. He expected a refusal and announced that he would promptly appeal it to the court. Finally, he recommended the Citizens' Network and encouraged financial support for it. #FinansePubliczne #Jawność #Prawo (translated)

Aleksander Twardowski wrote that MP Wnuk responded to him after a few days, informing him that he is renting a 2023 Audi Q5 from a company called Rekom. According to Twardowski, the MP stated that the monthly rental cost is 2570.70 PLN, which the author calculated to be 30,848.40 PLN annually. Twardowski compared this amount with 45,225.85 PLN reported, as he wrote, in the MP's settlement with the Chancellery of the Sejm. He announced plans to submit a request for an audit of Wnuk's contracts and addressed questions to the Marshal of the Sejm, Włodzimierz Czarzasty, asking why the contracts are not being checked by the office, made public, or available to the Chancellery. The author wondered whether the MP provided him with an incorrect, understated amount or whether he received more from the Chancellery of the Sejm than the cost of the rental. He also inquired about what the company Rekom does. #polityka #wynajem #transparencja (translated)

Aleksander Twardowski announced that he would bring a lawsuit against Poland 2050 for refusing to disclose information on public spending. He claimed that his party is the only one in Poland that does not reveal this data in the contract register and assessed that such an approach to transparency involves costs and time expenditure for him. He also informed that he intends to review the party's financial reports at the State Election Commission. He wrote that this was his fourth visit to the SEC, and the day before he had sent an email requesting to set a date. According to Twardowski, the reports submitted annually by the parties include bank statements, which he planned to review and publish. He claimed that the SEC does not remove the names of beneficiaries from the statements, only addresses. He asserted that Poland 2050 has been breaking the law for several years by hiding the contract pages in its Public Information Bulletin. He added that the night before, MP Wnuk had replied to him. #Polska2050 #jawność #finansepubliczne (translated)

Aleksander Twardowski stated that a week earlier he had approached MP Kamil Wnuk with questions about a car rented with parliamentary funds. He noted that last year the rental cost exceeded 45,000 PLN and was higher than that of MP Adam Gomola. Twardowski emphasized that he did not receive a response and reiterated his questions regarding the make, model, and year of production of the car, the renter, the duration of the contract, and the monthly fee. #sejm #publicznefinanse #transparentność (translated)

Aleksander Twardowski wrote that at the beginning of the current term, among the MPs of Poland 2050, there was an instruction circulating on how to finance car rentals using funds from the Chancellery of the Sejm. According to his account, one of the party's MPs was advised to have the leasing agreement made with a friendly or related company, which would then rent the car to the MP. Twardowski noted that he obtained this information from an acquaintance who had participated in such a conversation. The author claimed that this solution would allow for the later purchase of the car by the company and its resale to the MP. In his assessment, a similar mechanism was used by MP Gomoła. He added that the MP who was supposed to convey the instructions and was still a member of Poland 2050 also rented a car that, according to Twardowski's informant, could ultimately become his property. Twardowski referred to a statement by Jerzy Woźniak, the Deputy Head of the Chancellery of the Sejm, made in August to the WP portal. Woźniak was said to have stated that a rental agreement financed by the Chancellery could not provide for a purchase option. According to Twardowski, the principle was to prevent a situation in which an MP would pay for the rental from the parliamentary lump sum for four years and then buy the car for a small amount. The author assessed that Gomoła's case might not be an isolated incident, but part of a broader strategy. He addressed a question to the Speaker of the Sejm, Włodzimierz Czarzasty, regarding a change in regulations. He also wrote that the Speaker's order does not specify what means of transportation can be rented with the lump sum for conducting parliamentary office work and pointed out that, in his opinion, an MP could account for the rental of a helicopter for 5,000 zł in this way. #jawnosc #PL2050 #sejm #transparencja (translated)

Aleksander Twardowski wrote that it was the 13th day of waiting for Deputy Adam Gomola to receive the court document. He added that people from "that party" who would talk about transparency, honesty, and a new quality in politics should — in his opinion — knock themselves on the head, preferably their own. https://t.co/9p57Mcc3fK #polityka #uczciwość #jawność (translated)

For over a week, MP @GomolaAdam has not received the complaints to the court about not providing information on how he uses public funds. Do you understand? The guy who is an MP and establishes our laws, such as what penalties we will face if the court convicts us, has been trying for eight days to figure out how to prevent the court from checking whether he acted legally. Incredible. And it's incredible that @PL_2050 accepts this scheming. #polityka #transparentność #publiczneśrodki (translated)

Hi @SlizPawel, your party mate hasn't responded to my complaint to the court for a week, which he is obliged to forward to the Administrative Court. Maybe you can help? You know, you are a lawyer; you should have some respect for the judicial control of the entity. Or at least for me as a voter, who has already spent over 1000 PLN out of my own pocket on court fees because of you. What can I do to get you to get the guy in line? #prawo #sąd #wybory (translated)

Uwaga!

Trzy różne osoby powiedziały mi jednak to samo.

Do dzisiaj.
