Este exact ceea ce am susţinut de la început: modificarea art. 374 din Codul penal nu reprezintă doar o schimbare de terminologie, ci o modernizare necesară a incriminării, prin raportare la standardele europene, la realitatea mediului digital şi la necesitatea protejării efective a minorilor. Mai mult, proiectul consolidează protecţia penală împotriva faptelor grave de abuz şi exploatare sexuală, dar introduce şi garanţii clare pentru situaţiile neexploatatoare dintre minori, evitând o reacţie penală disproporţionată. Condamnăm infractorii, nu minorii! Pe scurt, recomandările privesc renunţarea la terminologia de „pornografie infantilă”, utilizarea noţiunii de child sexual abuse material – CSAM, introducerea unei definiţii legale adecvate şi reglementarea expresă a situaţiilor în care minorii nu trebuie traşi la răspundere penală pentru conduite neexploatatoare. Adică exact ceea ce prevede PL-x nr. 489/2026
