Non è assolutamente vero che nel “Caso Cogne” fu espletata una perizia psichiatrica senza compliance. In realtà la compliance fu totale, vennero eseguiti test e colloqui che portarono a un giudizio di assoluta capacità di intendere e volere. L’importanza del caso fa sì che tuttora , su fonti aperte, sia disponile l’elaborato peritale. All’epoca ero difensore di parte offesa mentre il compianto Prof. Grosso era difensore dell’indagata.
