De acuerdo a la ley colombiana estos bienes debieron pasar a custodia y administración de la SAE, y sus haciendas al campesinado de Colombia y sus casas a sedes de universidades públicas y cooperativas de producción, tal como ordené respecto a los bienes en proceso de extinción del dominio o ya extinguidos. En ese caso yo solo tendría en éste infundio del narco por mi presión a la SAE para entregar los bienes de los narcos al pueblo.
