Pendant des décennies, la gauche a imposé son magistère moral sur la France. L'humanisme, c'était elle. L'écologie, c'était elle. La solidarité, c'était elle. Le progrès moral, c'était elle. Le scandale n'est pas qu'elle ait voulu cette domination. C'est que la droite l'ait acceptée. Qu'elle ait passé 40 ans à quémander des certificats de respectabilité auprès de ceux qui la méprisaient. L'histoire récente n'est qu'une longue liste de ces renoncements. En 1988, Jacques Chirac conclut que ses 2 années de réformes libérales à Matignon ont causé sa perte. En 1995, il revient avec la « fracture sociale ». Et gagne. En 2005, il fait inscrire le principe de précaution dans la Constitution. Pour plaire aux écologistes, on grave dans le marbre la défiance envers la science et l'industrie. En 2007, Nicolas Sarkozy fait de « l'ouverture » à gauche l'acte fondateur de son quinquennat. Un geste symbolique fort pour montrer qu'il n'était pas « seulement » de droite. En 2020, Emmanuel Macron ferme Fessenheim, après avoir programmé l'arrêt de 14 réacteurs nucléaires pour amadouer une écologie politique. Avant que la réalité énergétique n'impose un revirement spectaculaire. Le schéma ne change jamais. La gauche impose son cadre moral. La droite s'excuse, envoie des signaux, cherche l'onction. Restait le choix : se taire, faire des courbettes, ou s'assumer et se faire traiter de « néolibéral » ou « d'extrême droite ». Le débat n'a pas eu lieu. Il est écrasé par la disqualification. Mais le vent tourne. Les Français voient l'imposture. Les intimidations morales ne prennent plus. N'en déplaise aux apôtres de la lutte des classes, 82% des Français ont une bonne opinion des entreprises. N'en déplaise aux décroissants qui jubilent à chaque canicule, 8 Français sur 10 veulent généraliser la climatisation, et 7 sur 10 voient le nucléaire comme un atout. N'en déplaise aux partisans de l'immigration sans limite, 72 à 79% des Français réclament un référendum. Oui, les Français veulent de l'énergie, de la science, de la croissance et la maîtrise de leurs frontières. Pas la décroissance honteuse qu'on leur vend depuis 20 ans. Par ses outrances, LFI a tué la gauche. Le Roi est nu. L'imposture est démasquée. Il est temps que tous ceux qui se revendiquent républicains, libéraux, pro-science et pro-progrès se réveillent, s'unissent, et assument enfin ce qu'ils sont. Le vent a tourné. La justice (très rouge), française : dans l’affaire des assistants parlementaires européens, pas de procès pour Jean-Luc Mélenchon ! 😡 Je suis extrêmement contrarié par la justice française, qui me paraît extraordinairement partiale et s’apprête, une fois encore, à jouer un rôle prépondérant dans l’élection présidentielle. Le traitement judiciaire des dossiers d’emplois d’assistants parlementaires européens révèle un malaise profond sur son impartialité. Des faits similaires, assistants payés par le Parlement européen mais travaillant principalement pour le parti ou le dirigeant, connaissent des destins radicalement différents selon les formations politiques. Dans l’affaire du Rassemblement National, Marine Le Pen a été condamnée en première instance le 31 mars 2025 à 4 ans de prison (dont 2 ferme), 100 000 € d’amende et 5 ans d’inéligibilité avec exécution provisoire. Le procès en appel s’est tenu de janvier à février 2026 et le délibéré est fixé au 7 juillet 2026. Le parquet a requis des peines sévères, confirmant une ligne dure. À l’inverse, François Bayrou a été relaxé en première instance en 2024 « au bénéfice du doute » dans l’affaire MoDem. Le parquet a fait appel, son nouveau procès est programmé pour septembre-octobre 2026. Pas d’inéligibilité immédiate, pas de précipitation particulière. Quant à Jean-Luc Mélenchon, l’instruction ouverte en 2018, a été clôturée le 26 mai, sans mise en examen. Seuls deux anciens assistants restent témoins assistés. Aucune poursuite personnelle n’aboutit, malgré un rapport Olaf initial. La perspective d’un procès s’éloigne nettement. Ces écarts de rythme et de sévérité interrogent. Pourquoi une exécution provisoire, mesure rare, dans le cas Le Pen, bloquant potentiellement sa candidature à la présidentielle 2027, alors que les autres dossiers avancent au ralenti ou s’éteignent ? Les montants, les preuves de connaissance personnelle du dirigeant et l’organisation du système diffèrent, argumentent les magistrats. Mais la coïncidence avec les échéances électorales nourrit le soupçon d’une justice politisée. La confiance publique en pâtit gravement. Une justice digne de ce nom doit appliquer la loi aux faits, uniformément, sans égard à la couleur politique. Quand elle semble sélectionner ses cibles ou accélérer pour certains, elle devient un outil de disqualification électorale plutôt qu’un pilier de l’État de droit. Les appels et pourvois futurs trancheront, mais le sentiment de « deux vitesses » persiste et affaiblit la démocratie. Plus de transparence sur les délais, une dépolitisation réelle des nominations judiciaires et des sanctions contre les manquements à la neutralité sont nécessaires pour restaurer la crédibilité "justice" risque de rester un grand mot vidé de sens. #Justice #Politique #Démocratie
