Captain Smit Machchhar from Fyldubai managed, despite a knife attack by his Omani co-pilot, who wanted to crash the plane, to open the door covered in blood so that the attacker could be subdued and the plane could be safely landed by other pilots present. He saved 174 passengers this way. And the Tagesschau is so incredibly bold to question his heroism. The public broadcasting service must be completely abolished. #Heldentum #Sicherheit #Luftfahrt (translated)
