Querem bastidores do STF? Fachin já sabia desde domingo sobre o conteúdo do relatório da PF e concordou com a estratégia de André de pedir explicações à PGR. Na 2a feira Mendonça e Alexandre tiveram uma reunião para falar do caso. Segundo a CNN, a equipe de André se surpreendeu porque Alexandre já sabia do relatório e de seu conteúdo. Detalhe: pelas regras, ele não poderia saber. Na 3a (ontem) começaram os vazamentos. E aí a coisa complica: o lado do André Mendonça acusa a turma do Alexandre de promover os vazamentos para que André seja encurralado e as provas de invalidadas. O plano seria acusar o gabinete do André pelos vazamentos. Ao perceber que isso estava acontecendo, André joga tudo no ventilador: tira o sigilo e pede uma apreciação ao plenário de forma presencial e televisionada. Aí a coisa fica mais “divertida”. Alexandre sabe que pode contar com Gilmar, Zanin e Dino. André tem Fux e Kassio. E daí sobra Carmen e Toffoli. Toffoli seria pressionado a se declarar impedido pelos motivos já conhecidos. Porque se isso não acontecer as chances dele ficar ao lado de André para se vingar de Alexandre são enormes. Nesse momento o placar está 3 x 2 para o Alexandre. Ou 3 x 3 se Toffoli entrar. O voto de minerva fica nas mãos de Carmem Lúcia. E aí que André foi genial. Carmem Lúcia tem horror da pressão da opinião pública. Ela sabe que pode acabar com toda sua trajetória se votar a favor de Alexandre. Ela é muito próxima ao ministro mas também é próxima ao Fachin que nessa está com o André. E como estamos agora? Durante toda noite o STF inteiro está tentando uma saída para que não haja a tal sessão que vai ter mais audiência que final da Copa. Ministros, autoridades e políticos de todos os lados estão muito preocupados que a briga escale e sobre para todo mundo. Lula está quieto. Alcolumbre está desesperado porque pagará um preço alto com seu eleitorado em segurar ós impeachments. A pressão para que Alexandre e Gonet se licenciem está enorme. Agora é aguardar até a semana quem vem. Semana que talvez tenha a sessão do STF mas importante da história. Für ihre Bürgergeld-Doku ließ sie einen einzelnen Jobcenter-Mitarbeiter behaupten, 30 bis 40 Prozent würden keine wahren Angaben machen bzw. wollten im System bleiben. Eine enorme Zahl, die keine amtliche Statistik ist, sondern seine persönliche Einschätzung. Mittlerweile wurde der Mann laut Tacke selbst vom Jobcenter fristlos entlassen. Und was macht das ZDF? Es holt genau diese unbelegte 30-bis-40-Prozent-Zahl erneut in eine Talkshow, blendet den Mann wieder ein und baut damit die nächste Debatte über angeblichen massenhaften Sozialmissbrauch auf. Selbst CDU-Mann @christophploss bestätigt diese Größenordnung nicht. Die anwesende Landrätin sagt ausdrücklich, ihre Verwaltung könne 30 bis 40 Prozent nicht bestätigen. Aber die Zahl ist jetzt im Raum. Und genau darum geht es bei Framing. Erst „Totalverweigerer“. Dann „Missbrauch“. Dann „funktioniert dieser Staat noch?“. Dann eine unbelegte Horrorziffer aus der eigenen früheren Doku. Das ist für mich kein nüchterner öffentlich-rechtlicher Journalismus mehr. Das ist Stimmungsmache gegen Menschen am Existenzminimum mit einer Zahl, für die es keine belastbare Grundlage gibt. Some shut it off; others stare until it stares back, leaving them cynical. But it has always been this way. Long before Epstein, there was Caligula—years of sadism and cruelty on Capri. In every era, there have been people whose evil makes rationality struggle to explain it. I see three roads to evil: worshipping the wrong things, succumbing to ideology, and becoming so bitter you resent life itself. First: worshipping wrong values. Some make wealth, lust, power, or status their highest good. They lie, cheat, and steal to obtain it, then declare morality and law for the weak. Everyone else becomes an instrument. Second: ideology. When someone abandons a religious worldview, they may fill the vacuum with an ideology that claims to explain everything and promise a perfect world. Communists reduce history to class struggle; Nazis to racial struggle. The ideologue believes society can be remade by controlling causes and effects—people become cogs, sacrificed for utopia. Third: resentment. Those who see themselves as helpless victims can come to hate life itself. They treat hardship as injustice and life as something done to them. Their values invert: strength becomes evil, weakness virtue; love is attacked while lust is celebrated; wealth is theft—and criminals become victims while their victims are the privileged. These roads always exist, and always will. You can’t stop others from walking them. But it’s your responsibility not to.
