Jakub Wende criticized the editor's posts about the presence of German soldiers and vehicles in Poland. He stated that portraying this presence as sensationalism fuels hostility towards Germany, which — as he reminded — is a NATO member and a Polish ally. In his opinion, the editor's message was manipulative and could serve Russia. Wende pointed out that German fighter jets, including the Eurofighter Typhoon, were stationed multiple times at bases in Malbork and Mińsk Mazowiecki, patrolling Polish skies. He also wrote that in 2022, after a missile fell in Przewodów, Germany sent Patriot missile batteries with personnel to Poland, and several dozen Bundeswehr engineering soldiers supported fortification efforts on the northern and eastern sections of the border with Russia and Belarus. He added that Bundeswehr vehicles regularly passed through Poland in connection with international exercises, such as the Coalition 26 maneuvers, or in transit to Lithuania. He linked the temporary presence of German soldiers and vehicles in Warsaw to official ceremonies and anniversary events. He noted that the editor received a comprehensive response to her questions from the spokesman of the 10th Panzer Division of the Bundeswehr, and nevertheless, her subsequent post — as he assessed — suggested the correctness of Jakubiak and Matecki. He urged her to reconsider. #NATO #Polska #Bezpieczeństwo (translated)
