NEW: Movers for a Phoenix moving company spot an Amber Alert suspect at a QuikTrip, jump into action and block her car until police arrive. The movers and a security guard are being credited for saving 2-year-old Kehlani Rogers from her kidnapper. 23-year-old Marina Noriega was arrested for the abduction. According to the child's parents, Noriega was a transient who was staying at their house because she had nowhere to go. She then disappeared with their daughter.
