But when it came to the crunch, political difficulties arose, and the AI plan disappeared into thin air. Moreover, it’s very difficult to implement under our social conditions. As soon as a government program is created, from which – let’s say – 10 billion zlotys are to flow into AI, comments will immediately appear that someone is trying to siphon off public money. We have been through this multiple times in our country. For politicians, it’s a huge risk. Therefore, we should first ensure the right climate around artificial intelligence. People on the street need to understand that we need investment in AI just as much as we do for the CPK or a nuclear power plant. In this area, the media and opinion leaders have a huge job to do. That is why instead you propose a crowbar, with which, as a team of political thugs, you unlawfully attack every independent body in Poland and violate the constitutional order. Now you have decided to forcefully attack marriage, without a law and contrary to the Constitution, using a circular from the Minister of Finance to equate the tax privileges of same-sex couples with the marriage of a man and a woman. According to Article 87 of the Constitution, the sources of universally binding law in the Republic of Poland are not your resolutions or circulars, but: the Constitution, statutes, ratified international agreements, and regulations, and in the area of operation of the bodies that established them, acts of local law. As for what marriage is in Poland, not in Germany, not in Brussels, but in Poland, since you are at least formally the Polish Prime Minister, it is determined by the Constitution and is clearly explained in the commentary to the Constitution edited by, which is worth emphasizing, Prof. Safjan, where we read: "However, the condition for the protection and care of the state regarding the relationship between specific individuals must be that it is covered by the definition of marriage in light of Article 18. Therefore, polygamous relationships or relationships between persons of the same sex will not be subject to protection and care under this article in ordinary legislation, even if they have the status of marriage in other countries." "The duties of public authorities arising from Article 18 in the form of protecting marriage and family apply to every marriage, as a union of a woman and a man, and every family on the territory of the Republic of Poland." 🚨 UPDATING WHAT IS KNOWN TODAY - SCROLL DOWN 🚨 Day 200 of reminding that Paweł Kozanecki killed two women, and thanks to the bizarre ruling of Judge Karol Radaszkiewicz, the only punishment he will face for this will be 1.5 years of imprisonment. ℹ️ Kozanecki continues to be held in a penal facility in Szczecin, where he was placed due to an investigation into drug-related matters being conducted by the local prosecutor's office, in which the "lawyer of the new era" was also involved along with his spouse. The topic of the so-called bracelet is currently closed, although there remains a possibility to apply for it in the future, based on good behavior. In June this year, the District Prosecutor's Office in Olsztyn submitted a request to the National Prosecutor's Office to consider filing an appeal against the sentence unfavorable to the convicted. The appeal has not yet been formally submitted to the Supreme Court, but from unofficial sources, I know there is an intention to do so, and analyses of the case files are currently underway to formulate the appeal effectively. We await an official statement from the National Prosecutor's Office. Interestingly, signals have also emerged about the intention to prepare their own appeal by the lawyers representing Kozanecki, who would seek to change the classification of the act to a milder one or even an acquittal. ‼️ Today marks a small anniversary, as I have been reminding about this shocking case for 200 days. And I will continue to remind because it seems to have no end yet, and forgetting it by society could only open the door for Kozanecki to avoid due responsibility. Knowledge and logic are not available and reserved solely for people with academic titles. Everyone has the right to verify the theses of those who are active in the public space. This is what freedom of speech and freedom of expression are about. Therefore, in response, if you feel the need to conduct an analysis of someone's doctoral thesis, I encourage you to pursue such a path, perform such an analysis or commission it commercially to an entity that deals with these matters.
