Jak mało kto rozumiem problem braku informacji o limicie prędkości przy OPP. Wjeżdżasz na drogę ekspresową, mijasz niebieski znak z samochodzikiem, ale nie wiesz, jaki tu obowiązuje limit. Albo jedziesz poza obszarem zabudowanym. Skąd masz wiedzieć, ile można jechać? Ja również pragnę wyjść naprzeciw oczekiwaniom kierowców. Postuluję o wprowadzenie dwóch nowych znaków. Wyobraźmy sobie kierowcę, który chce gdzieś zaparkować. Widzi mnóstwo samochodów. Niektóre na chodnikach, niektóre na trawnikach. Ale czy naprawdę można tu parkować? On tego nie wie, nie widział znaków. Jest to po prostu poza sferą jego zainteresowań. A jednak chciałby zostawić tu samochód. W miejscu, gdzie występuje duże natężenie nieprawidłowego parkowania i tak już po prostu jest, stawiamy znak NNP, czyli „Nikomu nie przeszkadza”. Jeśli wielu kierowców tutaj parkuje i stan rzeczy się nie zmienia, to pozostawienie tu samochodu najpewniej jest w porządku. Tak zdroworozsądkowo, niezależnie od obowiązujących przepisów. Ale wyobraźmy sobie, że parkowanie w danym miejscu jest ewidentnie niewłaściwe. Że komuś może przeszkadzać. I że kierowca wie, że tak nie wolno, ale gdzieś musi. Czy coś za to grozi? Nie wiadomo! I w takim miejscu, gdzie nieprawidłowe parkowanie nie wiąże się z zadnymi konsekwencjami, stawiamy znak SBS - „Strefa bez służb”. Potrzebujemy prostych rozwiązań dla osób, które od zawsze marzyły o własnym samochodzie i prawie jazdy, ale nie do końca chcą analizować wszystkie przepisy, tak bardzo często nielogiczne (na przykład zakaz zatrzymywania się, który niby zabrania również postoju, ale wujek mówi, że zatrzymać to się można przed przejściem, jak ktoś ci wtargnie, a parkowanie to coś innego). Die Leute demonstrieren immer noch fast jeden Abend, aber kein Mensch berichtet mehr drüber. Und das Krasse ist: während alle wegschauen, steht der Flughafen für die Touristen schon fast fertig da, keine zwei Stunden von der Baustelle entfernt. Die haben quasi schon die Anreise für die Gäste fertig, bevor überhaupt geklärt ist, ob das Resort selbst kommt. Fühlt sich schon komisch an, oder? Trump und Kushner verlieren kaum ein Wort darüber. Das grosse Schweigen. Auch Medien still. Alles ruhig. Und während alle wegschauen, ist das hier passiert: Keine zwei Autostunden vom Protestgeschehen entfernt steht der neue Flughafen Vlora praktisch fertig – Start- und Landebahn, Terminal, alles bereit, um zahlungskräftige Gäste direkt zu den geplanten Resorts zu bringen. Es fehlt nur noch die Zertifizierung. Die Anreise für die Touristen ist also schon fast startklar – obwohl offiziell noch gar nicht geklärt ist, ob das Resort selbst überhaupt kommt. Wenn ein Land schon die Infrastruktur für Gäste baut, bevor die eigene Bevölkerung überhaupt zugestimmt hat – dann zeigt das, wessen Interessen bei solchen Deals zuerst bedient werden.
