The children continue to stay in a care and educational facility, with their mother. Why without the father, one can only speculate. Stanowski or Słowik did not apologize, they are even more rude. As for the court's ruling, it made such a decision based on the presented evidence. According to the court, the current situation did not require the immediate removal of the children. Time will tell if he was right. I was only surprised by the ad personam attacks on RPD. Quite unprofessional behavior. The situation is developing, today there will probably be an interview with the family, and I suspect that many more new facts will come to light in this case, not necessarily favorable to Channel Zero's narrative. Every material from Channel Zero should be marked with a note: "The material is manipulated and presents an unreliable picture of the situation, taking into account the perspective of one side and ridiculing the other, for a full picture of the situation, it is recommended to verify the facts oneself or change the source of information." It's good that other institutions reacted, but harm has still been done. - The Commissioner for Children's Rights Monika Horna-Cieślak was a witness to a street incident where a mother yanked and yelled at her child who was running into the street. And then she insulted the commissioner herself, who had pointed it out to her. - The RPD informed the police and the court, arguing for the necessity of taking the children away from these parents. - Neither the police, the court guardian, nor the court saw grounds for the immediate removal of the children and their placement in foster care. - Despite this, the children were sent to a care and educational facility (children's home) following a decision made by a police officer during an extraordinary meeting involving the RPD and the Commander of the Capital City Police. - The court ordered the immediate return of the children to their parents. In the justification, it indicated that actions against the family "may bear clear signs of institutional violence" and were "grossly disproportionate to the event that occurred." - The court had reservations about the personal involvement of the RPD, pointing out the possibility of using the authority of the office to push the thesis of the necessity of taking the children away. - One of the arguments in the case was two bottles of beer found in the apartment, which the court described as "completely misguided and even absurd." Energetyka jest obecnie jedną z najistotniejszych dziedzin, gospodarka konsumuje dużo energii, jest ona ważna dla dalszego rozwoju, a spojrzenie Pana Jakuba jest rozbieżne z moim. Moim zdaniem więcej uwagi należy teraz poświęcić zagadnieniom Kopalni Kłodawa - zachęcam @oficjalnezero oraz @K_Stanowski i @PatrykSlowik i oczywiście @SzJadczak 4. Do @UniWarszawski zostały wysłane pisma do odpowiednich komórek w kontekście wyjaśnienia sprawy, przez EPUAP i mailowo. Szybkość odpowiedzi Uniwersytetu zasługuje na szacunek. Screen w załączniku. 5. Wiele osób prosiło o moją obecność podczas obrony, nie wiem czy będzie to możliwe, argumenty/pytania są dostępne dla wszystkich - każdy może udać się na obronę i zadać pytanie - zachęcam. 6. Biorąc pod uwagę charakter i siłę argumentów, nie wiem czy obrona nie zostanie wstrzymana, liczę na publiczną informację UW w tej sprawie. 7. Mówi się, że nie mam mandatu by oceniać eksperta.
