Os maiores culpados pela má fase do Corinthians estão no Parque São Jorge. O que estamos vivendo hoje é consequência de tudo aquilo que foi plantado durante anos. Mas, existe uma diferença entre reconhecer os problemas do clube e usar esses problemas para justificar tudo o que acontece dentro de campo. Com o time que tem, Fernando Diniz poderia e deveria fazer muito mais. Eu não estou cobrando que o Corinthians vença 20 dos próximos 25 jogos. Não estou cobrando um time campeão da Libertadores de forma invicta ou um futebol de outro mundo com um elenco que claramente possui limitações. Estou cobrando o mínimo. Uma variedade de formações táticas. Uma ideia de jogo definida. Alternativas durante as partidas. Capacidade de mudar quando aquilo que está sendo feito não funciona. E hoje eu não consigo enxergar isso no Corinthians. Parece sempre a mesma coisa: uma formação (4-5-1), uma estratégia e a esperança de que, de alguma maneira, dê certo. Quando não dá, a alternativa é jogar a bola na área o tempo inteiro, esperando que Memphis ou Negão resolvam na briga aérea. Isso não pode ser a única solução ofensiva de um time do tamanho do Corinthians. Eu sei que o elenco não é forte. Sei que existem limitações técnicas e que a diretoria tem enorme responsabilidade por ter colocado o clube nessa situação. Mas também não consigo aceitar que esse time seja tão ruim a ponto de não conseguir competir e vencer adversários como a Chapecoense, principalmente jogando em casa. Porque existem jogadores nesse elenco que podem entregar mais. Matheuzinho e Bidu podem participar mais da construção, assim como na Copa do BR 2025. Garro, mesmo vivendo uma fase ruim, pode jogar mais próximo da área. Memphis Depay tem capacidade técnica para decidir partidas se for bem treinado. Existem jogadores suficientes para, pelo menos, construir um time que tenha mecanismos ofensivos minimamente organizados. Mas para isso é preciso ter associação, triangulação, tabela, movimentação, infiltração, passes em profundidade e jogadores ocupando espaços de maneira inteligente. Não dá para resumir o ataque do Corinthians a cruzamentos na área. E é justamente isso que mais me incomoda: não é apenas o resultado. É a sensação de que o time não apresenta evolução. Não apresenta alternativas. Não apresenta uma identidade capaz de fazer esses jogadores renderem perto do que podem. A diretoria precisa ser cobrada, e muito. Os maiores problemas do Corinthians estão muito acima do treinador. Mas Fernando Diniz também precisa ser cobrado pelo que está entregando dentro de campo. E, sinceramente, diante de tudo que estamos vendo, começo a acreditar que a saída de Diniz pode ser o melhor caminho para o Corinthians neste momento.
