Jest mi bardzo szkoda Ukraińców z powodu rosyjskiej agresji. Życzę, aby ich kraj obronił się przed bezprawną napaścią, choć zdaję sobie sprawę z tego, że raczej nie wyjdzie z tego konfliktu w granicach sprzed lutego 2022, ani tym bardziej sprzed aneksji Krymu. Jednak to co obecnie się dzieje u Ukraińców, to jakiś totalny amok i paranoiczna potrzeba autodestrukcji. Każdy z nas ma swoją narodową wizję historii, ale fakty i pewne pryncypia pozostają kotwicą, na której musimy polegać w trudnych czasach. Może to moja wina, bo za dużo wchodzę w różne polemiki historyczne z Ukraińcami, ale skala ukraińskiego (i nie, nie patrzę na ruskie boty) popracia dla ludobójstwa UPA i przerzucania odpowiedzialności na wszystkich wokół jest druzgocąca. Przez ostatnie lata ładowano nam do głowy łopatami narrację, że Ukraina się zmieniła, że chce być zachodnim państwem, że trzeba uszanować jej potrzeby, dać jej szansę i przestrzeń, etc. Sam byłem świadkiem absurdalnej kłótni między Polakami, gdzie jeden atakował z pianą na ustach drugiego, że powiedział "na Ukrainie" a nie "w Ukrainie". Im dłużej na to patrzę, tym bardziej widzę w tym wielką bańkę. Paradoksalnie, nie przebiła jej Rosja, lecz sama Ukraina. Bo Ukraińcy może i mają aspiracje, aby żyć według zachodnich standardów, ale dalej mają potężne problemy, aby zrozmieć na czym polega zachodnia cywilizacja. Chciałbym mieć na wschodzie sąsiada, z którym może i mamy trudną historię i odmienne spojrzenie na pewne procesy dziejowe, ale mimo wszystko dzielimy te same wartości i wzajemnie się szanujemy. Coraz bardziej dochodzę jednak do wniosku, że to płonna nadzieja. Sporo Ukraińców teraz czuje się nieśmiertelna i chce budować nową rzeczywistość w oparciu o swoje, delikatnie mówiąc, odklejone poglądy. Mamy potem takie kwiatki: AK to zbrodniarze Napoleon to Hitler Polacy na kresach do eliminacji Świat ma w dupie Polskę Ale: UPA to bohaterzy Bandera nic nie wiedział Ukraina pępkiem świata Lwów był zawsze ukraiński Załączony komentarz Oresta to tylko wierzchołek góry lodowej, którą codziennie obserwuję na zeryfikowanych i nośnych ukraińskich kontach. Przykro mi to pisać, ale w obecnej sytuacji politycznej i społecznej wejście Ukrainy do Unii Europejskiej znacząco obniżyłoby standardy demokratyczne i aksjologiczne Wspólnoty. Obecności w przestrzeni publicznej odwołań do zbrodniczych ideologii nie można ignorować ani relatywizować — należy je konsekwentnie zwalczać. #Ukraina #Rosja #konflikt
