Ite töissä talossa, jossa on peruskoulu sekä päiväkoti ja pääosin S2 lapsia, mutta myös työntekijöitä. Koulun puolelle ei saada enää päteviä opettajia, ja vaihtuvuutta on paljon. Päiväkodin puolella suurinosa suomen kielisistä työntekijöistä on lähtenyt alalta ja tilalle palkattu työntekijöitä, jotka ei osaa kieltä. Suomen kielen taito olematon ja sen takia voidaan lähes joka asiaan todeta ”en ymmärrä, en osaa”, jolloin suomen kieliset työntekijät tekee useamman ihmisen työt ja saa syyt siitä ettei ole perehdyttänyt näitä S2 aikuisia 🥲 Helsingin kaupunki myös palkkaa erinäisiä ihmisiä pitämään koulutuksia siitä, miten meidän pitäis kohdata työntekijät, jotka ei osaa suomea. Lapset aivan ihania ja ryhmiin mahtuu pari suomenkielistä, mutta myös näiden lasten kielitaidon edistyminen huolestuttaa, koska voi olla ryhmiä, joissa kukaan aikuinen ei puhu kieltä sujuvasti tai ymmärrettävästi. En représentant la dérive géographique de la température moyenne de plusieurs villes françaises et espagnoles, cette infographie illustre les bouleversements biogéographiques à venir, et notamment le déplacement des aires de répartition des cultures en France. Dans un scénario de réchauffement modéré (SSP370), la température moyenne de Barcelone se retrouve à Niort. Celle de Toulouse dans les Alpes. Celle de Cordoue à Perpignan. Nos forêts ne seront plus composées des mêmes essences. Les cultures ne seront plus cultivées aux mêmes endroits. Je crois que nous n'avons pas encore pleinement pris conscience de l'ampleur de la révolution paysagère qui s'annonce. Cette transition ne se fera pas sans difficultés. Pour l'agriculture, le déplacement des filières nécessitera des investissements considérables, des décennies d'adaptation et une profonde réorganisation des territoires. Pour les forêts, la situation est encore plus complexe : avant l'installation de nouvelles essences, une phase de dépérissement parfois massif des espèces actuellement présentes est déjà en cours. Les espèces forestières migrent naturellement vers le nord et en altitude, mais beaucoup trop lentement face à la vitesse du réchauffement climatique. L'évolution du climat dépasse désormais leur capacité naturelle de dispersion. Dans de nombreuses régions, une migration assistée, réfléchie et scientifiquement encadrée, deviendra probablement indispensable pour préserver les écosystèmes forestiers de demain.
