Par to jau visu laiku runāju. Man, piemēram, nav skaidrs, kādēļ, ja sanāk būvnieki (vai citas nozares un palīdz uzrakstīt pasūtītājam nolikumu, - tad to sauc par karteli ar kriminālprocesiem, bet, ja sanāk NVO pie premjeres un mediji pie KM/SIF, un palīdz sarakstīt nolikumus, tad tā pēkšņi ir neatsverama ekspertīze.
