CORRECTIV berichtet heute über eine Villa in der Zittauer Straße 29, die von der deutschen Vertretung der sanktionierten russischen Staatsagentur Rossotrudnitschestwo verwaltet wird. Russland selbst führt das Gebäude als „Russisches Zentrum für Wissenschaft und Kultur“. Mieter ist seit Jahren das Deutsch-Russische Kulturinstitut (DRKI). Laut Berichten des russischen Rechnungshofes wurde ihm die Immobilie von Rossotrudnitschestwo zwischen 2002 und mindestens 2019 unentgeltlich überlassen. Und nun wird es interessant. Das DRKI bietet Sprachkurse und eine Bibliothek an – also auf den ersten Blick klingt alles sehr Kultur, Freundschaft und Dostojewski. Daneben betreibt es allerdings auch ein Servicebüro für konsularische Unterlagen russischer Staatsangehöriger. Und zuletzt soll der Verein vor allem durch prorussische Veranstaltungen aufgefallen sein. Laut Correctiv soll er im Dezember 2025 seine Räume sogar einem russischen Juristen zur Verfügung gestellt haben, der eine Art Rechtsberatung zum Kauf von Immobilien in der besetzten Ostukraine anbot. Mitten in Deutschland. In Dresden: der Verkauf von Kriegsbeute, an dem noch immer Blut haftet. Ich gehe zumindest nicht davon aus, dass dort Ukrainer hereinspazieren und sagen: „Ach, ich habe da noch ein Häuschen im Donbas – könnten Sie mir das verkaufen?“ 🤨 Außerdem beherbergte das Institut offenbar ein „Russisches Zentrum“, das von der ebenfalls EU-sanktionierten Stiftung Russkiy Mir gefördert wurde. Der sächsische Grünen-Innenpolitiker Valentin Lippmann befürchtet nun, dass Dresden zum „Auffangbecken“ für die bisherigen Aktivitäten in Berlin werden könnte, und fordert Bund und Land auf, auch dieser Dependance „unverzüglich das Wasser abzugraben“. Und jetzt kommt der wirklich hübsche Teil: Die Dresdner Nutzung ist offenbar gar nicht vom deutsch-russischen Abkommen gedeckt, auf das sich Rossotrudnitschestwo beruft. Eine entsprechende Vereinbarung, der das sächsische Kabinett 2019 zugestimmt hatte, ist laut Staatsregierung nie in Kraft getreten. Das Auswärtige Amt erklärt außerdem, die Villa habe keinen diplomatischen oder konsularischen Charakter. Mit anderen Worten: Berlin soll dichtgemacht werden. Und kaum fragt man sich, wohin die Aktivitäten möglicherweise wandern könnten, steht da in Dresden schon seit Jahren eine russische Villa mit Rossotrudnitschestwo-Anbindung, prorussischen Veranstaltungen, Russkiy Mir und erstaunlich interessanter Rechtslage herum.
