System przeznaczony będzie do obserwacji i śledzenia obiektów na niskiej orbicie okołoziemskiej (LEO, 200-2000 km) i ma umożliwić precyzyjne monitorowanie satelitów, komponentów rakietowych i śmieci kosmicznych.
