The Shake Spears was een muziekband uit Noord-Rhodesië die vanuit België opereerde. De groep was aanvankelijk actief in Noord-Rhodesië (het huidige Zambia) onder de naam The Dynamics. De groep verhuisde in 1964 naar België omwille van een sponsordeal met Het Laatste Nieuws. In België aangekomen tekenden ze een contract met het platenlabel Ronnex en veranderden ze hun naam in The Shake Spears, een woordspeling op William Shakespeare. In 1965 scoorden ze een kleine hit met Shake It Over. Natürlich denkt jeder auf den ersten Blick: Die haben nicht mehr alle Tassen im Schrank! Und die wahre Rechtslage muß ich hier auch nicht mehr erklären, das ist schon oft genug geschehen. Ich will auf etwas anderes hinweisen: Freilich hat das "Zentrum für Politische Schönheit" nicht mehr alle Tassen im Schrank. Aber diese Erklärung ist noch nicht erschöpfend, es ist gewissermaßen nicht die ganze Wahrheit. Denn es gilt Shakespeares Satz: „Though this be madness, yet there is method in ’t“ (Ist es auch Wahnsinn, so hat es doch Methode). Die "alte Linke" dachte utopisch, sie meinte: Irgendwann, in ferner Zukunft, werden alle unsere Wünsche wahr geworden sein! Die "neue Linke" argumentiert normativistisch (was um so interessanter ist, als es im klassischen Marxismus die Kategorie "Recht" schlechterdings nicht gibt, da für Marx das Recht nur zum "Überbau" der Produktionsverhältnisse gehört, also keinerlei eigenständige Existenz führt). Sie sagt: Alles, was wir wollen, ist jetzt schon Wirklichkeit! Freilich nicht faktisch und empirisch. Wohl aber rechtlich! Wer nicht tut, was wir wollen, handelt rechtswidrig! Praktische Folge dessen ist, daß heutige Linksextremisten ihre Utopien, Forderungen und Herrschaftsansprüche unter Imitation der juristischen Fachsprache nach Art von Normen bzw. rechtswissenschaftlichen Gutachten formulieren. Und es gibt ohne Zweifel hunderte, vielleicht tausende von Lesern, die auf diesen Quark hereinfallen (wie seinerzeit auf "Correctiv") und allen ernstes glauben, sie hätten von berufener Seite eine Rechtsauskunft erhalten, aus der sich ergibt, daß z.B. die @jungefreiheit kein Recht hat, Reporter irgendwo hinzuschicken, und daß physische Attacken gegen diese Reporter eine Art Notwehr seien, da diese Zeitung ja schon durch ihre reine Existenz gegen Recht, Gesetz und Verfassung verstößt... #Politik #Recht #Gesellschaft

Ya que Donald Trump no pudo ganar en Colombia, porque empatamos de mentiras, porque sin las trampas ganó el progresismo, y lo sabe todo el pueblo colombiano y la peor trampa es la ingerencia extranjera porque la prohibe la constitución de Colombia y la humanidad.
