The purposeful misuse of sensitive queer topics and the privacy of her partner in the ecclesiastical court demonstrated complete disrespect for human dignity and minority rights. After the civil divorce, Kuchařová initiated proceedings at the Metropolitan Church Court for the purpose of ecclesiastical annulment of marriage.
