Zbigniew Bogucki accused Żurek of conducting two contradictory cases regarding the oath of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. He wrote that the director of the Constitutional Tribunal's Chancellery heard an accusation for not allowing judges who had not taken the oath before the President of the Republic of Poland to work, while a proceeding against him was to be conducted regarding the president's failure to receive the oath. Bogucki argued that if the oath taken in the Sejm was valid, there were no grounds for the proceeding regarding its non-receipt by the president. If, however, it was not effectively taken before the president, then — according to him — there were no grounds for the accusation against the director of the Constitutional Tribunal's Chancellery for not allowing the judges to work. He said that Żurek was conducting both cases in parallel. #absurd #Polska #TrybunałKonstytucyjny (translated)
