Marco M.M. dedicated his post mainly to the very young, asserting that today more importance is placed on the image one projects than on who one actually is. He wrote that happiness seems to require visible proofs, such as photographs, travels, and milestones to show off, and that this mentality has fueled competition even in conversations and personal relationships. According to Marco M.M., the desire to appear better can make it more difficult to listen, change one’s mind, apologize, and acknowledge others' merits. He observed that ambition and the desire for self-improvement are not a problem, but they become one when there is a need for others to fall behind or for constant validation of one’s worth. He urged people to ask themselves whether the goals they pursue are truly desired or are simply a way to avoid feeling inferior, and he indicated that listening, humility, and respect for others are more important qualities than exhibited success. #autenticità #crescita #relazioni (translated)

He defined this attitude as a form of resignation and subordination. #patrimoniale #sciopero #dirittidelavoro (translated)

Albert is a serious option for the squad. The training went really well,“ says Hamburg's head coach Merlin Polzin (35). It was not so easy for him to follow the Hoffenheim game on the TV. You could tell how he tried to communicate in every possible way (calls, WhatsApp messages, etc.) to share his energy with us. Polzin reveals: “It was not so easy for him to follow the Hoffenheim game on the TV. You could tell how he tried to communicate in every possible way (calls, WhatsApp messages, etc.) to share his energy with us.” We are very cautious, we don't want to take any unnecessary risks. He has to feel 100 percent that he can help the team. It is certain that it would be a perfect landing before the game.” He is an absolute top striker and a great guy with very, very many unpleasant traits when he is not on your team. He has a mentality of an absolute will to win. Polzin also warns about Stuttgart's striker Ermedin Demirovic (28). The native Hamburg resident, who was trained in the HSV youth for ten years (2004 to 2014), has already scored five competitive goals this season: “He is an absolute top striker and a great guy with very, very many unpleasant traits when he is not on your team. Füllkrug's mentality rubs off on the team. This switching, whether we are pressing or defending – this attitude helps you immediately flip the switch. And this is really a big help on the pitch, Chuki (22) reveals. We all push each other in the team, we are all equally motivated. That's something that also helps me move forward. Chuki continues: "We all push each other in the team, we are all equally motivated. That's something that also helps me move forward." I have also played with strong players in the U-national team, but I believe, at club level, Füllkrug is the best teammate I have had so far. I am working on increasing my goal ratio. I also want to gain more physically to assert myself better in front of the goal. I am sure that will come soon. Chuki: "I am working on increasing my goal ratio. BrennpunktUA wrote that the Union should quickly prepare organizationally and mentally for a possible minority government led by Merz or new elections at the federal level. Otherwise, it could be surprised by a calculated strategic withdrawal of the SPD from the federal government. Both scenarios have become significantly more likely that day; an attitude of "It cannot be what must not be" is inappropriate. #Politik #Bundestag #Minderheitsregierung (translated)
