Und an dieser Stelle muss man sich kurz daran erinnern, was @LarsWienand bei t-online erst vorgestern ausführlich dokumentiert hat. Henry ist vor dem Russischen Haus schon einmal festgenommen und zur erkennungsdienstlichen Behandlung mitgenommen worden. Später musste die Berliner Polizei im Rahmen eines Gerichtsverfahrens einräumen: Die Festnahme war rechtswidrig. Heute nun wieder: Polizeigewahrsam. Und das ausgerechnet an jenem Ort, an dem der Staatsschutz laut t-online selbst keine konkrete besondere Gefahr durch Henry oder seine Mitstreiter feststellen konnte. Dabei hatte sich die Lage offenbar zunächst ganz anders entwickelt: Die angemeldete Dauerkundgebung war heute Morgen von der Versammlungsbehörde trotz der parallel stattfindenden BSW-Versammlung noch einmal bestätigt worden. Später sollte die Gruppe den Platz vor dem Russischen Haus dennoch räumen. Henry reagierte nach eigener Schilderung darauf, indem er seine Meinung als Einzelperson weiter kundgeben wollte.
