Swoją drogą, polskie państwo musi już teraz przygotować się na problem ludzi przyjeżdzających do nas z wojny na Ukrainie. Po każdej długiej wojnie pojawia się problem ludzi, którzy przez lata żyli w warunkach przemocy, mieli dostęp do broni i funkcjonowali w środowisku, w którym zabijanie i brutalna przemoc były częścią rzeczywistości. Do Polski mogą wracać osoby z ciężką traumą, uzależnieniami, problemami z agresją czy nieumiejętnością odnalezienia się w normalnym życiu. Państwo musi mieć plan również na czarny scenariusz: nielegalną broń trafiającą na polski rynek, przemyt, handel bronią, powstawanie grup przestępczych, wykorzystywanie wojennych kontaktów przez gangi i wzrost brutalnej przestępczości. Nie można udawać, że takie ryzyko nie istnieje. Człowiek wracający z frontu może przywieźć ze sobą wojnę do własnego domu, co pokazują dobitnie historie z konfliktów minionych. PTSD, alkohol, narkotyki, niekontrolowana agresja, przemoc domowa, a można tu wymieniać dalej i więcej. Nie twierdzę, że każdy taka osoba będzie przestępcą, ale państwo, które ma obowiązek chronić swoich obywateli, powinno być przygotowane również na najgorsze scenariusze. Staramy się od kilku lat o tym mówić na różnych spotkaniach wraz z @KoziolWojciech i mamy nadzieję, że rozwiązanie zostanie wypracowane i wdrażane. Bo już teraz przyjeżdżają do Polski weterani.
