The issue has enormous dimensions. Public servants, whether they are educators or law enforcement officers, must enjoy strong support from the State when their role is undermined by such anti-disciplinary - unlawful acts that tend to be normalized by minorities in society, whether domestic or foreign. The current tactic of indifference from the institutional state provisions leads to the devaluation and collapse of the sense of responsibility among public servants, degrading society as a whole and daily peace. When there is state apathy, it leads to similar indifference from public employees in daily operations and services provided to citizens, severely impacting sectors such as public education, the administration of justice, and the rule of law. The State must be restored instead of being undermined for partisan interests and corruption. (translated)
