Wir haben haushoch gegen "Campact" gewonnen! Diesmal im Hauptsacheverfahren vor dem LG Hamburg. Die Verfahren im einstweiligen Rechtsschutz hatten wird auch schon gewonnen. Die anschließende Durchführung auch noch eines Hauptsacheverfahrens – die "Campact" verlangen konnte, hätten wir uns dem verweigert, wären die einstweiligen Anordnungen nach einiger Zeit erloschen – ist im Äußerungsrecht völlig ungewöhnlich, normalerweise akzeptieren beide Parteien das Endergebnis des einstweiligen Rechtsschutzverfahrens als endgültig. Vermutlich hat "Campact" das nur gemacht, um Kosten zu verursachen, und gehofft, uns gehe das Geld aus. Das hat nicht geklappt! Die Falschberichterstattung von #Correctiv fiel bei Campact auf fruchtbaren Boden: Unter Berufung auf den wegen Falschbehauptungen mehrfach gerichtlich verbotenen Correctiv-Bericht behauptete @campact, das Hauptanliegen der Teilnehmer des Potsdam-Treffens sei die „massenhafte Zwangsdeportation von Deutschen mit Migrationsgeschichte" gewesen – und dass sie mit einem „Geheimplan" deren Wahlrecht entziehen wollten. "Campact" scheitert nicht zum ersten Mal damit, Remigrationspläne fälschlich in Deportationspläne umzudeuten. Die Entscheidung ist zugleich ein weiterer Beleg gegen Correctiv: Sie dokumentiert, wie dessen Potsdam-Berichterstattung andere Medien systematisch in die Irre – und vor Gericht geführt hat. Das Landgericht Hamburg hat klargestellt, dass Campact nicht einmal dargelegt hatte, dass die Anwesenden in Potsdam tatsächlich Deportationen oder den Entzug des Wahlrechts geplant hätten.
