Tím dokazuje, že EU není demokratická a nezohledňuje přání evropských občanů, protože jakmile je zákon zamítnut, stačí ho tlačit znovu... V budově prostě nebude fyzicky dost teplých těl pro zastavení šmírování a prodeje našich soukromých údajů mezi americkými technologickými giganty. Dokonce i vlastní právníci EU prohlásili, že opatření „Chat Control“ je protiprávní: „plošné prohledávání zpráv je v rozporu s článkem 7 Listiny základních práv EU.“ A přesto projde.
