Regina Laska criticized Elon Musk for showing compassion for Russian soldiers, whom he portrays as people without choice, lamenting their deaths caused by Ukrainian drones. Laska disagreed with this portrayal: Russia predominantly employs contract soldiers and recruits them with high bonuses; some are pressured or deceived, while others come from prisons to the front lines. The Russian army has the option to retreat, she wrote, referring to their withdrawal from Kyiv in the spring of 2022. Laska accused Musk of directing his compassion towards the aggressors, rather than Ukrainian children whom Russia has abducted, or the people in Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Odesa, who are exposed to Russian drone attacks. The drones are a response to the Russian army and not the cause of the war, she wrote. Additionally, Laska reminded that Musk claimed in 2022 he did not activate Starlink over Sevastopol to support a Ukrainian attack on the Russian fleet because he did not want to enable a "major act of war." Laska also criticized Musk for portraying Ukrainians and Russians as equally affected by the war, even though he only sympathizes with the Russians. Ukrainians have been attacked and are defending their own country; a retreat would expose them to Russian occupation, she wrote. #ElonMusk #Krieg #Ukraine (translated)

GFrei.News wrote that the media portrayed the so-called "Smurf spray" as an effective means of self-defense. According to the author's account, it only leaves a difficult-to-wash-off blue color and does not stop an attacker with a machete. For another hypothetical scenario involving Ali, Mohammed, and Mustafa, who, according to his phrasing, wanted to collectively commit a "cultural misunderstanding," he wrote that the spray load is only enough to mark one person while the others could laugh about it. He mockingly referred to previous recommendations like keeping distance and playing the harmonica. In the future, he wrote, the description of the perpetrator could change from "a man" to "a Smurf." #Selbstverteidigung #Humor #Gesellschaft (translated)
