ALARM! Die Sirenen heulen. In den letzten Tagen konnte ich mich vor Warnungen kaum retten. Vor einer Wahl der AfD und einer möglichen Regierungsübernahme der Partei in Sachsen-Anhalt warnten mich die Kirchen, Gewerkschaften, Arbeitgeberverbände, Industrieverbände,Handwerker- bände, D-C-B- Promis, alle anderen Parteien im Verbund mit den ÖRR und den NGÓ ´ s des Landes. Allen voran die Koalitionsparteien CDU/CSU und SPD. Seit Bestehen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland saßen in 77 Jahren Bundestag die CDU 69 Jahre in der Regierung , die SPD 49 Jahre. Im Verbund mit den Grünen in den letzten 28 Jahren haben es diese Parteien geschafft, das Land so herunter zu wirtschaften, dass eine immer größer werdende Anzahl der Menschen einen Wechsel will. Dass die sogenannten Parteien der Mitte es nicht können, haben sie in den letzten Jahren eindrücklich bewiesen. Ich brauche keine Warnung, ich brauche bessere Politik. Pārbaudīju internetā un atklāju, ka tā pati tiesnese Dzērviniece savulaik piesprieda nosacītu sodu agresīvam vatņikam Lazarevam, kurš piekāva puisi ar Ukrainas karogu. 👩‍⚖️ Toreiz šis lēmums izraisīja sabiedrības sašutuma vētru, un galu galā apgabaltiesa to pārskatīja. Kā redzam, jau sākusi izmantot — nav pagājis pat mirklis! Dzisiaj raczej będzie co robić 😎 - muszę odwiedzić lokalne molo, generalnie zabytki w centrum... podobno jest jakiś ciekawy kościół! - można wejść na jedno piwo do jakiejś niemieckiej gospody. Ciekawi mnie wystrój takiego lokalu na czarnym lądzie... I czy bedzie raczej pustawo czy wręcz przeciwnie - the living desert snake park... tego sobie nie odpuszczę!!! To miejsce interesuje mnie najbardziej! - jakieś drobne zakupy w superspar. Przede wszystkim będę chciał kupić jakieś lekkie rzeczy w saszetkach typu: masło orzechowe, miód, orzechy itd by nie targać ze sobą słoików... być może tam dostanę? - no i moze jeszcze odwiedzę jakiś sklep outdoorowy, gdzie da radę kupić żele energetyczne... przydadzą się na pustynię! Elektrolity też muszę dokupić... najlepiej jak bym trafił te w saszetkach ORS co miałem - o 15-tej przyjedzie koleżanka 😍 ...a później jeszcze gromda wieczorem, rzucił bym okiem - kurde o łożysko musze jeszcze popytać, skarpety kupić... bo te co mam to już wszystkie dziurawe oprócz jednej pary. Enthüllungsjournalist Janich gewinnt Verfassungsbeschwerde Unser Mandant @OliverJanich saß 5 Monate in rechtswidriger Abschiebehaft auf den Philippinen. Nun hat ihm das Bundesverfassungsgericht recht gegeben. Sein Fall wird neu aufgerollt. Eine herbe Klatsche für die Münchener Justiz. Es kommt selten vor, dass eine Verfassungsbeschwerde Erfolg hat. Im Jahr 2023 beispielsweise gab es das genau 55 Mal beim Bundesverfassungsgericht. Nur etwas über ein Prozent der Beschwerden sind erfolgreich. Umso bemerkenswerter ist es, dass der oppositionelle Publizist Oliver Janich mit einem oppositionellen Anwalt, dem Verfasser, in Karlsruhe Erfolg hatte. Sogar der Generalbundesanwalt teilte in einem Schriftsatz mit, dass der größtenteils zulässig erhobenen Verfassungsbeschwerde der Erfolg nicht zu versagen sein dürfte. Eine herbe Klatsche für die bayerische Justiz, deren häufig autoritäres Rechtsverständnis wieder einmal offenkundig wurde, was den Gang nach Karlsruhe nötig machte. Das Landgericht München muss nunmehr erneut über die sofortige Beschwerde von Janich entscheiden, dem eine Wiedereinsetzung in den vorigen Stand bezüglich des Einspruchs gegen seinen Strafbefehl verwehrt wurde, obwohl er sich in einer offenkundigen Nötigungssituation in einem philippinischen Gefängnis befand. Janich wurde im Gefängnis vielfach mitgeteilt, dass er erst wieder aus der Haft entlassen werden würde, wenn sein Fall in Deutschland abgeschlossen („closed“) sei. Nur deshalb wurde der Strafbefehl von seinem ehemaligen Verteidiger „akzeptiert“. Direkt nach der Entlassung haben wir für unseren Mandanten Einspruch eingelegt und Wiedereinsetzung in den vorigen Stand beantragt. Nach der nunmehr anstehenden erneuten Entscheidung des Landgerichts München wird der Fall zurück zum Amtsgericht gehen, um dort verhandelt zu werden.
