Oczywiste jest, że e-dziennik powinien być w 100% zarządzany przez państwo, najlepiej przez Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki. To właśnie tam powinny być budowane odpowiednie kompetencje technologiczne, operacyjne i związane z bezpieczeństwem danych. Nie przesadzajmy też z tezą, że zarządzanie bazą kilku milionów uczniów i rodziców przerasta państwo wielkości Polski. W czasach Big Data i AI nie jest to problem technologicznie nierozwiązywalny ani szczególnie skomplikowany z punktu widzenia wiedzy domenowej. Raczej studenckie wyzwanie. Natomiast taki system musi być przygotowany precyzyjnie, odpowiedzialnie i z bardzo wysokimi standardami bezpieczeństwa. W tym sensie obie strony sporu mają częściowo rację: prezydent, wetując rozwiązanie niedostatecznie przygotowane, oraz ministerstwo, chcąc przejąć tę kompetencję i budować ją po stronie państwa. Powodów jest wiele, ale jeden z kluczowych dotyczy danych o talentach i potencjale uczniów. Powszechną praktyką jest dziś gromadzenie przez międzynarodowe korporacje informacji o młodych, szczególnie uzdolnionych osobach - także uczniach szkół średnich, a niekiedy nawet podstawowych - na przykład poprzez wyniki olimpiad, konkursów czy innych osiągnięć edukacyjnych. Jeden wybitnie zdolny uczeń może w przyszłości stworzyć wartość liczona w miliardach dolarów. Państwo powinno mieć pełną kontrolę nad takimi danymi albo przynajmniej zagwarantować, że ich dostawcy technologiczni nie mają możliwości swobodnego przeglądania, analizowania ani wykorzystywania. I właśnie co do tego mam dziś największe wątpliwości. #edukacja #technologia #bezpieczeństwo
