Es gibt einen deutsch-sowjetischen Vertrag über gute Nachbarschaft, Partnerschaft und Zusammenarbeit von 1990. Darin heißt es in Artikel 7: „Falls eine Situation entsteht, die nach Meinung einer Seite eine Bedrohung für den Frieden oder eine Verletzung des Friedens darstellt oder gefährliche internationale Verwicklungen hervorrufen kann, so werden beide Seiten unverzüglich miteinander Verbindung aufnehmen und bemüht sein, ihre Positionen abzustimmen und Einverständnis über Maßnahmen zu erzielen, die geeignet sind, die Lage zu verbessern oder zu bewältigen.“ Der Vertrag wurde nach dem Ende der Sowjetunion von Russland übernommen und gilt bis heute. Wenn der Wille da wäre, könnte man sich also auf diesen Vertrag berufen und zumindest probieren, das auf diesem Weg zu klären. I wszyscy powiązani z nim prokuratorzy z @lex_super_omnia. 👉🏻 W środowisku prawniczym huczy o przygotowanym już wniosku o stwierdzenie niekonstytucyjności art. 14 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 26 stycznia 2016 r. - Prawo o prokuraturze, na mocy którego odwołanie Prokuratora Krajowego oraz jego zastępców jest możliwe po uzyskaniu pisemnej zgody Prezydenta RP @NawrockiKn. Abstrahując od tego, że pan prokurator Dariusz Korneluk nie mógł objąć stanowiska zajętego przez Prokuratora Krajowego Dariusza Barskiego, dla rządu obecność prok. @d_korneluk jest bardzo niewygodna z uwagi na konflikt z panem ministrem @w_zurek. Rząd będzie miał zatem idealną okazję, aby nie wyjść na mało poważnych w swoim elektoracie oraz „unieszkodliwić” prok. Dariusza Korneluka wymiatając jego i jego całą ekipę z Prokuratury. Podobno na nowego Prokuratora Krajowego ma być szykowany bliski @w_zurek prok. Marek Wełna, który został awansowany na Naczelnika katowickich „Pezetów”. Marek Chmaj już w 2023 r. pisząc dla Senatu opinię z tezą mówiącą o niekonstytucyjności przepisu art. 14 ust. 1 Konstytucji RP oraz postulatem… pomijania go bez orzeczenia @TK_GOV_PL. To tylko początek jazdy: Trybunał ma wysadzić w powietrze wszystkie nominacje sędziowskie po 2017 r., zabezpieczyć Trybunał Stanu, unieszkodliwić Sąd Najwyższy, a w efekcie… uznać, że Prezydent @NawrockiKn nie jest Prezydentem, bo przecież Sąd Najwyższy tego nie stwierdził, a dr @KrzysztofKontek mówił w telewizji, że wybory są sfałszowane.
