Odebrałem bezprawną decyzję Ministra Sprawiedliwości. Po 11 dniach od siłowego przejęcia Akademii Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości. Oto standardy państwa prawa pod rządami koalicji 13 grudnia. W dniu 21 września 2026 w siedzibie Akademii Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości - zgodnie z moim wnioskiem złożonym w Ministerstwie Sprawiedliwości - odebrałem i pokwitałem odbiór bezprawnej (wydanej z naruszeniem art. 66a ustawy o SW w zw. z art. 439 ust. 7 ustawy prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce - zgodnie z którymi odwołać mnie mógł jedynie Senat uczelni oraz ze złamaniem zabezpieczenia dokonanego przez TK) decyzji Ministra Sprawiedliwości w sprawie mojego odwołania. Ale co to oznacza? Otóż, skoro tę bezprawną decyzję odebrałem w dniu 21 września, to od dziś p.o. Rektora-Komendanta powinien być najstarszy senator dr Zbigniew Nowacki, prof. AWS.
