September zu einem tätlichen Angriff gegen einen 14-jährigen Jungen kam. Nach derzeitigem Stand der Ermittlungen kann sie jedoch nicht bestätigten dass der „Angriff gegen das Auge des Kindes gerichtet war“. Auch kann sie nach dem aktuellen Stand der Ermittlungen nicht bestätigen, dass der „Angreifer von dritten Personen von weiterem Einwirken auf den Jungen abgehalten werden musste“. Sichtbare Waffen hätte der Tatverdächtige nicht getragen. Die Staatsanwaltschaft betont allerdings (mehrfach), dass die Ermittlungen noch nicht abgeschlossen sind. Auf meine Frage, warum es keine polizeiliche Pressemitteilung gab, verweist die Staatsanwaltschaft auf das Alter des Opfers. Weil es sich um ein Kind handelt, sei aus Opferschutzgründen eine Berichterstattung nicht angezeigt gewesen. Die Staatsanwaltschaft hat keinen Haftantrag gestellt. Zwar liegt ein dringender Tatverdacht vor wegen der Körperverletzung, allerdings braucht es auch Haftgründe, wie Flucht, Fluchtgefahr oder Verdunklungsgefahr und in bestimmten Fällen Wiederholungsgefahr. Es lagen laut Staatsanwaltschaft keinerlei Anhaltspunkte dafür vor, dass „auch nur einer der Haftgründe zutreffend war“. Der Tatverdächtige hält sich „seit Jahrzehnten“ in Deutschland auf, verfügt über einen „festen Aufenthaltstitel“ und war bis dato polizeilich nicht bekannt.
