This ITV doc about Reform is basically a feature length parade of pathetic white men being racist and/or misogynistic and expressing violent fantasies against Muslims and other minorities. The sheer number of examples was damning. It should destroy their support. It probably won't.

Snicklink wrote that the left would realize that their demands for justice and equal treatment had been unsuccessful. The right would find that their desire for safety and tradition had turned against them and had become the basis for their own lack of freedom. Those in the political center, who had remained passive out of fear of taking a clear stance, would also, according to Snicklink, realize that without their own action, nothing would change. Very soon, people would understand that they had been pitted against each other, Snicklink wrote. Their fundamental values and needs, as well as their fears and hopes, had been deliberately addressed— a pattern that had been effective for thousands of years and tapped into tribal thinking. Snicklink also wrote that the human soul had been poisoned by too much information about the trivial and too little about the essential. The human spirit had been shaped and subjugated, and was so far removed from its source that people only found themselves in violence, plundering, envy, and generalizations. They had come to consider this their true nature, Snicklink wrote. The author added that all of this had to happen for people to rediscover themselves. In conclusion, he thanked God for accompanying people on their journey back to love. #Gerechtigkeit #Gesellschaft #Menschlichkeit (translated)

Rarely have I seen such a gigantic "Fuck You!" to every decent citizen who is very serious about "never again" experiencing a fascist dictatorship in Germany. But insulting the citizens fits seamlessly into the behavior of the CDU leadership, which is teaching this to its young members. (translated)

The referees were top and I really feel sorry for them. I feel extremely uncomfortable kneeling in front of the fight committee just before the break and saying: Hey, we are outnumbered and they are attacking with seven field players. That doesn't work when you're outnumbered. I don't know if we were the only ones on our bench who noticed this. I'm sorry for everyone who works so hard. Anything can happen; we are all human. But in the end, it comes down to small details that let us win 29:28. The Bundesliga is a tough business where anyone can beat anyone. We cannot view the situations with the substitution errors exclusively. #SCMagdeburg #HandballBundesliga #Wechselfehler (translated)

Emanuel Boeminghaus wrote that the planned increase in the contribution assessment limit will mean higher costs for many employees, despite an average additional contribution expected to be 2.9 percent in 2027. The limit is to rise from 69,750 to 76,500 euros annually – an increase of about 9.7 percent. As a result, an additional 6,750 euros of annual income will become subject to contributions, particularly affecting well-paid employees. According to Boeminghaus, the additional contributions of health insurance funds in 2026 ranged from 2.18 to 4.39 percent. The higher limit will increase health and long-term care insurance contributions for employees with higher incomes as well as the labor costs for companies. He cited FOCUS online from October 18, 2026, as a source. https://t.co/xVSnHFtnlK #Deutschland #Sozialabgaben #Krankenkassen (translated)

Malca Goldstein-Wolf wrote that WDR interviewed a French woman for the program "Aktuelle Stunde," who expressed compassion for the young offenders in light of the violence in Paris and cited their poverty as the reason for breaking into, among other places, Chanel. The woman specifically named Chanel and was so moved that tears came to her eyes. Goldstein-Wolf emphasized that this was not satire and accused WDR of trying to politically manipulate the audience again. #Parodie #WDR #Gewalt (translated)
