BrennpunktUA reported that the AfD leak is apparently not "irrelevant" after all. ZDF heute Exclusiv has reported that employees of the AfD member of parliament Frohnmaier regularly forwarded documents classified as "VS-NfD" to his private AOL account. Among them were documents related to Russia, such as those concerning an OSCE conference in Berlin in July 2018, negotiations regarding Ukraine, the Syrian civil war, and the Skripal poison attack in March 2018 in the UK. Weekly briefings from the Federal Ministry of Defense regarding the security situation in foreign deployments of the Bundeswehr had also been sent numerous times to the private account. https://t.co/IOI3HJxulK #AfD #Politik #Sicherheit (translated)

Lawyer Markus Haintz wrote that Dr. Paul Brandenburg was arrested by the Federal Police at Berlin Airport on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, while he was returning his ten-year-old child to Berlin. Although Brandenburg is in Berlin several times a month for his child and both the police and the public prosecutor's office are aware of this, an arrest warrant was issued due to alleged flight risk. Brandenburg was presented to a detention judge and has since been in pretrial detention at the Moabit correctional facility. Haintz announced that he represents Brandenburg together with lawyer V. Dannenmaier. Both are working for his immediate release. If this does not succeed, according to Haintz’s assessment, a new arrest warrant could be issued, and Brandenburg may remain in custody for a few weeks until a further custody review or the main hearing. Brandenburg is accused in six cases of insulting Berlin's mayor, Kai Wegner: in four cases, it concerns insults under § 185 of the Criminal Code, for which Wegner has filed a criminal complaint; in two others, it involves defamation under § 188 paragraph 2, variant 2 of the Criminal Code. Haintz wrote that all the contested statements referred to drag queen Jurassica Parka, civil name Mario Olszinski. He described Parka as having been sentenced to ten months of probation for child pornography. Haintz noted that Parka had hosted the charity gala "Gemeinsambunt" at the Berlin Theater des Westens on July 14, 2025. The event against hate crime was organized, among others, by the Berlin Police, the Brandenburg Police Headquarters, the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf District Office, and LSVD+. Parka stood on stage with police officers and was photographed, among others, with Deputy Police Chief Marco Langner. Haintz requested letters and financial support for Brandenburg's legal fees. He also announced that the "Freihafen 2026 Mallorca" conference will take place as planned. Brandenburg wishes to convey that participants should have fun and enjoy themselves. #Berlin #Rechtssystem #Justiz (translated)

VeRN wrote that he had been working at a logistics company for 18 months and had been mentored by a married senior VP in his late 40s, who had significantly promoted the author's career. Although the relationship always seemed professional, the manager occasionally asked about project statuses late on weekends. For a client trip to Zurich, hotel rooms had initially been booked through the company portal. On the day of departure, the manager informed that he had changed the reservation using his company card to secure a discount. At check-in, a hotel employee explained that the rooms were connected by a connecting door. VeRN initially suspected a booking error, as the hotel had been fully booked due to a conference. On the second night, VeRN heard around 1 a.m. the sound of the lock on the connecting door being quietly turned from the manager's side. Subsequently, VeRN spent the weekend seeking confidential legal advice before a decision was made about filing a report. #Mentor #Karriere #Zürich (translated)
