Lumea se întreabă de luni de zile în ce calitate participă domnișoara Mirabela Grădinaru, concubina lui Nicușor Dan, la reuniuni NATO, la întâlniri despre Ucraina și la alte evenimente oficiale, deși nimeni n-a ales-o în vreo funcție publică și nu ocupă vreun post la stat. Noi am făcut altceva decât să ne mirăm pe internet: am întrebat instituția, în scris. Nimic nu justifica activitatea domnisoarei. Există o lege, 544/2001, care spune simplu că orice instituție publică e obligată să răspundă în 10 zile (30 în cazuri mai complicate) când un cetățean cere informații despre cum își face treaba. Nu e favor, nu e amabilitate, e obligație. Am folosit legea asta și am întrebat Administrația Prezidențială: în ce calitate participă domnisoara Grădinaru la evenimentele astea, ce statut are, pe ce bază, pe ce bani. La unele întrebări nu ne-au răspuns deloc. La altele au răspuns ceva ce nu lămurea nimic. Când o instituție te ignoră sau îți dă un răspuns de formă, legea îți dă un al doilea pas: reclamația administrativă. Adică le spui oficial „nu mi-ați răspuns la ce am întrebat, răspundeți-mi". Am făcut-o. Rezultatul a fost, în opinia noastră, tot un non-răspuns. Iar când și pasul ăsta e ignorat, mai rămâne unul singur: instanța. Așa că am dat în judecată Administrația Prezidențială. Dosarul e la Tribunalul București. Un judecător va decide dacă instituția avea sau nu dreptul să nu ne răspundă. „România transparentă" și celelalte sloganuri frumoase țin exact până când cineva pune întrebări în scris și cere răspunsuri tot în scris. Patria Prima face tocmai pasul pe care nu-l face aproape nimeni: de la „cum dracu' e posibil?" la cerere oficială, plângere și, când e nevoie, proces. Mulțumim celor care ne susțin financiar.
