VeRN wrote that he had been working at a logistics company for 18 months and had been mentored by a married senior VP in his late 40s, who had significantly promoted the author's career. Although the relationship always seemed professional, the manager occasionally asked about project statuses late on weekends. For a client trip to Zurich, hotel rooms had initially been booked through the company portal. On the day of departure, the manager informed that he had changed the reservation using his company card to secure a discount. At check-in, a hotel employee explained that the rooms were connected by a connecting door. VeRN initially suspected a booking error, as the hotel had been fully booked due to a conference. On the second night, VeRN heard around 1 a.m. the sound of the lock on the connecting door being quietly turned from the manager's side. Subsequently, VeRN spent the weekend seeking confidential legal advice before a decision was made about filing a report. #Mentor #Karriere #Zürich (translated)

The real estate buyer wrote that he had been involved in the real estate market for eleven years and began to publicly present himself under his own name at the end of 2022. In mid-2023, he stated that he started to point out that property prices had already fallen sufficiently, and his team began to buy. A year later, he claimed it turned out that they were buying almost at the bottom of the market. He noted that since the end of 2023, they had been making one acquisition after another and at the same time helped nearly 70 families acquire their own housing. By the end of 2024, he said he started to limit investment purchases because prices were distancing from economic reality and purchasing power. In 2025, he described the market as less rational and began to publicly recommend selling some properties. By the end of the year, according to him, they sold more than they bought, and properties that no longer made sense in terms of returns and costs were mostly sold at peak market prices. The real estate buyer stated that some clients had approved mortgages with a rate around 4.4% and at least a two-year term for drawing. He also wrote that the number of apartments on the public market increased by 35% and mortgage rates reached 5.4%. He added that his experience led him to encourage people to rely on their own judgment when making decisions, but to be prepared to bear the consequences of any mistake. #nemovitosti #investice #realitnítrh (translated)

Paweł Usiądek wrote that the "Bridges of Ukraine" project was supposed to prepare at least 20 Ukrainian activists in Poland for appearances in Polish media. According to him, the initiative was led by the Ukrainian organization Hołka together with the Warsaw Foundation of the Alliance of Ukrainian Youth "August 24". The program was to include training on the Polish socio-political context, mentoring, and advocacy campaigns, as well as the development of joint messages regarding security, European integration, history, and countering disinformation. Usiądek claimed that the project received support from the International "Renaissance" Fund, which is part of the Open Society Foundations network founded by George Soros. He cited the results of the "Bridges of Solidarity with Ukraine" contest from June 2026, in which — as he wrote — support for the Hołka project was supposed to be described as an action in favor of Ukrainian communities in Poland. He added that an earlier phase of the project operated as an information platform, and funding emerged during the construction of a network of advocates. The author noted that the Foundation of the Alliance of Ukrainian Youth has been operating in Warsaw since September 2025, and its president was Artur Koldomasov. He also pointed out that among the foundation's goals, promoting the interests of Ukrainian youth and increasing the role of Ukrainians in European activism was recorded, and the organization conducted a "Hatred Observatory," monitoring Polish-language statements deemed hostile towards Ukrainians. Usiądek assessed that the project was supposed to serve to promote a common message in Polish media and linked it to the appeal of former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who — according to the author — called on Ukrainians abroad to engage in politics and hold influential positions. Finally, he called for a ban on foreign funding for politicized non-governmental organizations in Poland. #Ukraina #Media #Propaganda (translated)
