Ça ne m’intéresse en rien, ni de près ni de loin, ça tourne en boucle et c’est stérile. Il paraît qu'on m'attaque ici avec style ! C'est déjà plus rare que d'ordinaire. L'occasion est trop belle, relevons le gant ! J'apprends donc, sous cette plume, que j'aurais l'ambition d'une reine et la patience d'une araignée. Soit. On m'a comparée à pire, et par de moins bons auteurs. Le talon d'Achille de l'exercice, c'est qu'à force de vouloir me peindre en Machiavel en jupons, on finit par avouer une chose : on ne sait expliquer une femme qui dérange que par l'intrigue. Circé, Milady, Lucrèce Borgia. On me fait l'honneur d'une riche galerie, mais c'est toujours le même cadre, et il est bien poussiéreux. Le propos est joliment tourné, mais il est terriblement convenu. Le plus savoureux, c'est de le trouver sous la plume d'une femme qui vient de consacrer un livre entier aux masculinistes. Elle les a tant combattus qu'elle a fini par leur emprunter leur imaginaire : la femme qui monte est forcément une intrigante qui a rusé ou séduit. Il est des portraits qui en disent plus long sur leur auteur que sur leur sujet. On y trouve plus de fiel que de faits, plus de style que de vérité. On attendait La Bruyère, on a eu Closer. Écrivez, chère Ophélie, continuez d'aiguiser la plume. Faites vivre la liberté artistique, celle qui vous autorise tout, même de travestir la vérité. Souvenez-vous seulement qu'il est plus difficile de bâtir que de mordre, que le venin seul ne peut tenir lieu de talent, et que l'Histoire, la vraie, a la fâcheuse habitude d'oublier les portraitistes pour ne garder que leurs modèles. Ich habe heute eine Burg besichtigt. Sehr interessante Führung. Dort hingen in einem restaurierten Raum Portraits von Kindern aus Adelsgeschlechtern – man konnte in den Gesichtern sehen, dass die Stammbäume kreisförmig verliefen, man heiratete innerhalb der Familie. Die Herrschaft des Adels war das Gegenteil von Meritokratie, nämlich Kakistokratie. Die Parteien sind die Adelsgeschlechter von heute, sie führen die konsequente Negativauslese und folglich Degeneration auf nichtbiologischer Ebene fort und produzieren in großer Anzahl leistungsaverse Phänomene wie die politischen Personenmarken Esken, Bas, Klingbeil, Hagel, Merz, Günther, Banaszak, Brantner, Baerbock, Dürr, Buschmann, Strack-Zimmermann, Schwerdtner, Pantisano oder Reichinnek. We created a series of portraits both indoors with studio flash and outdoors in the warm Golden Hour light, surrounded by flowers at their most beautiful. The result was a collection of images that showed not only her beauty, but also her warmth, confidence, femininity, and presence. There is something very special about photographing mature women. A face that has lived. Eyes that carry experience. A smile that is not performed, but earned. These are portraits with depth — the kind of images that become more than photographs. They become memories. Some of these images are perfect for social media. Others deserve to be printed, framed behind glass, and placed on the wall where both she and her family can enjoy them for many years to come. A good portrait is not about looking younger. Je découvre dans le journal Libération un nouvel article de l’auteure de « La meute ». Cette « journaliste » m’attribue une fausse citation, soi-disant rapportée par un député RN. Evidemment, elle ne m’a pas contactée pour connaître ma version. Son propos rapporté laisse croire que je pourrais me satisfaire d’une victoire du Rassemblement national, qui permettrait ensuite à la France insoumise d’accéder au pouvoir. Je serais donc une personne cynique qui ne verrait aucun problème à la victoire d’un parti dont le projet politique est le racisme et la violence sociale. Pour Madame Belaïch, les déclarations d’un homme blanc d’extrême-droite me prêtant des propos font foi. La femme politique insoumise, et noire, que je suis n’a même pas le droit au contradictoire. Elle refuse de m’appliquer les règles déontologiques élémentaires du journalisme. Le même procédé déjà utilisé dans son livre torchon truffé de mensonges et d’ailleurs faisant systématiquement des portraits de femmes aux relents sexistes. On me décrit. On me fait parler. Mais on ne m’interroge pas. Je suis le support des fantasmes et des intentions des autres, et de l’auteure, mais je n’existe même pas. This is certainly not about the principles of Olympism, which are founded on fairness and the support of peace. I thank our athlete for his clear stance. His helmet, bearing the portraits of fallen Ukrainian athletes, is about honour and remembrance. It is a reminder to the whole world of what Russian aggression is and the cost of fighting for independence. And in this, no rule has been broken. It is Russia that constantly violates Olympic principles, using the period of the Olympic Games to wage war. In 2008, it was the war against Georgia; in 2014 – the occupation of Crimea; in 2022 – the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. And now, in 2026, despite repeated calls for a ceasefire during the Winter Olympics, Russia shows complete disregard, increasing missile and drone strikes on our energy infrastructure and our people. 660 Ukrainian athletes and coaches have been killed by Russia since the full-scale invasion began. Hundreds of our athletes will never again be able to take part in the Olympic Games or any other international competitions. And yet, 13 Russians are currently in Italy competing at the Olympics. They compete under “neutral” flags at the Games, while in real life publicly supporting Russian aggression against Ukraine and the occupation of our territories. And they are the ones who deserve disqualification. We are proud of Vladyslav and of what he did. Having courage is worth more than any medal. -
